Ordered a product Prada sunglasses but…

Ordered a product Prada sunglasses but one screw on one side arm hinge was missing. Looks like a fake product. Since I ordered as a guest, there seems to be no option to return. Poor quality. However in the past I have had a good experience, but this has been a pretty difficult experience.

Damaged/misaligned hinge with a new…

Damaged/misaligned hinge with a new Rayban Wayfarer reversed, second time I received a new pair of glasses that aren’t in good condition, not acceptable from such a big brand. Also the delivery time was not that fast for this particular Rayban, wich will result in me having to buy them somewhere else to still have them before the weekend. A coupon will not make this mistake and extra time I have to put in again right and I refuse to pay for the return in this case. If you can find your glasses for a bit more expensive elsewhere, it is definitively worth it.

Update: Customer service improved a lot in the past years, but still unfortunate that I received a new pair of glasses from wich the hinges were not secured tightly enough.

Ordered some new sunglasses for my…

Ordered some new sunglasses for my vacation. They were a great price and came really quick.

Then the fun began. One temple fell off. It was missing a piece to stay in place.

Long story short: Amevista's customer care is a joke. Asked for photos and videos 3 times. Then told me they were sending Fedex to pick them up. Later told me I had to drop them off at the nearest Fedex branch - 1 hour away.

Managed to convince Fedex to pick the sunglasses up and then argued with Amevista about just getting a refund since it was too late for my vacation - they wanted to inspect the sunglasses and send a replacement. I had already purchased a replacement pair as I leave for Jamaica tomorrow.

Think you're saving €20 on sunglasses? Believe me, just not worth it with these clowns. Complete wasters of time.

My new GO-TO for authentic designer…

My new GO-TO for authentic designer sunnies! Ships ASAP and arrives within 2-3 days via DHL or FedEx to Florida from Italy. Perfectly packaged with designer case, inserts, etc and great pricing. I've ordered 3 times (2 Tods, 1 Gucci) since discovering them a few months back. Thank you Amevista!!

Issue Resolved with a Full Refund

I ordered the premium polarized lenses for my Ray-Ban sunglasses. Unfortunately, the replacement lenses I received were not original Ray-Ban lenses, and they fitted more loosely than the original ones, producing a slight creaking sound. This was disappointing, especially as the product description was not sufficiently clear that the replacement lenses were not genuine Ray-Ban lenses.

After contacting customer support and discussing the issue, they ultimately refunded the full cost of the replacement lenses. I appreciate that they stood behind their service and resolved the matter with a full refund.

As explained in our previous emails, we repeatedly asked you to send us a short video showing the issue with your customized lenses so that our laboratory could assess it. Unfortunately, we never received it, so we were unable to verify the reported problem or provide further assistance.

We would also like to clarify that the lenses you ordered are custom prescription lenses produced by our laboratories and therefore do not feature the Ray-Ban logo. We also offer original Ray-Ban prescription lenses, but these must be specifically selected when placing the order.
