Amicus have been providing us with VOIP services and IT support over the course of the last 3 years. In that time I've had one issue with the VOIP which Amicus fixed within the hour. Their tech support is excellent, you can always get through and they understand when a matter is urgent. I literally couldn't think of one thing that they could do to be a better service provider.
