Memory Upgrade worked

No delivery

I made a 200€ order two weeks ago, everything was listed as available on the website. After two weeks i haven’t received anything. I wrote them to ask about shipment last week but i got no reply. I’m going to cancel the order.

Great experience

I've shopped at their webshop quite a few times now and I must say they are quick at getting the order out the door.
If you order any magazines they even take the time to find an appropriately sized box to put the order in (unlike other Amiga stores).
Only minor gripe I can say is that even though I pay for GLS shipping they sometimes ship with DHL instead (which unlike GLS only has one pickup point in my city - on the other side of town).

Bad shop.

Bad shop.
Slow, expensive and their customer support is abysmal.
They ship used or faulty product, takes AGES to reply to email, return shipping is at the expense of customer and it doesn't matter what shipping you paid in first place or to send the faulty item back: they will use the cheapest, baddest shipping they have available.
Take a pieace of advice: spend your money somewhere else.

I had a reasonable experience.

UPDATE 18/07/2020:
I received a nice voucher from Amigastore because of the problems I had with their store.
I updated my rating from 3/5 to 4/5 stars.

ORIGINAL REVIEW 13/07/2020:
I didn't have a very good experience.

1. Slow shipping.
The website indicated same day shipping for items in stock (according to the website the ordered items were in stock).
It took at least a week (and a complaint from me) before they shipped. In total almost 2 weeks before I received my order.

2. The cap kits were incomplete.
I ordered 6 capacitor kits for Amiga 2000. My boards have 100µF capacitors, those were not included!? All the caps on my A2000 boards are radial, but amigastore sent some axial caps... so I had to go out and buy other caps on top of the amigastore kits.

Did an order a month ago, received nothing

Did an order a month ago, paid over 200 euro.
They send me an email that my package was shipped,
Still received nothing and the costumer service do
Not respond my complaining mail.
I choose delivery with trackment and insurance,
The track and trace tells me my package is underway
To Belgium, Belgian post tells me it never arrived...
After complaining at Amigastore, the package arrived on June 3th...
Correos is slowest delivery company ever!
Package was complete and well

Bought a RAM expansion for an Amiga…

Bought a RAM expansion for an Amiga 1200.
After 7 days they didn't post the item when it was clearly mentioned they had stock.
Asked for an update on when would it be posted, no answer.
Asked for my order to be cancelled, no answer.

Not buying there again...

Be careful what you order/bad Customer Service!

Ordered a few things from them in the past without issue. But my latest order could be my last! Last order has been sat with them for over a month and being held up by 1 item that keeps going back on back order. Because of this 1 order my other items showing in stock are being held back from being dispatched. Have tried messaging them in the website but keep getting message send failures! Then tried the direct approach to their customer care email and been sent a response it can take up to 24 hours to respond. 48 hours later and no response. Now tried again with the direct sales email. Waiting again for a response. I thought Amigakit were bad! This place is a joke and doesn’t want to look after its customers! Not a happy customer.

I recommend them.

I have ordered here by two times this year. Products are shipped in 24h and arrive well packed. Good communication when I had problems with products purchased. I recommend them.

My wife and me visited the store two weeks ago when I were on vacations in Spain. They have a little museum of retro computers. Maria showed us the technical room where two technicians repair hardware and assembly their products, and the warehouse. It was a flashback to the 1980/90 years.

Lovely folks at AMIGAstore. Thank you Maria for the tour and sorry to steal your time! Espero veremos nos el año proximo :-)

Poor service. Disappointed online shopper.

Website said items in stock but some were not. Took nearly 2 weeks to post order. Really bad communication, takes many days to reply to emails. Did not advise of initial delay due to them waiting for stock. Told me it had been posted when it had not - twice. Order arrived with missing items with no explanation/warning. Had to wait several more weeks for out of stock items. Was not offered refund on out of stock items. Made to pay extra for insured shipping after order was confirmed/paid & told if it got lost or damaged in transit it was 'my risk/my problem' (wrong, it's seller's risk under EU laws). A very poor shopping experience. Do not recommend. The web shop design is cool but I will not use this company ever again.

I can recommend them

Userfriendly shop. Fine, cheap and fast shipment to Denmark.
I can recommend them if you need spareparts, etc. for your old Amiga computer.
