Cancelled order shortly after purchase as recognised ordered wrong depth of topper. Company acknowledged but still.picked and dispatched and now expects myself to cover costs for returning goods. Very poor communications and not proffesional, would advise not to use due to this poor customer experience.

Very BAD service from Amigozone KEEP AWAY!!
Ordered a mattress topper from this store for Xmas on the 8/12/21 through amazon contacted amazon again on the 21/12 they said wait for a further 2 days for them to contact the seller,and for the seller to contact me,they never made contact with me,now it's the 23/12 with NO order I cancelled it!
Very POOR show from this seller!!

Non delivery and no contact
I ordered a sheet on 21st October and I still waiting on delivery. I have emailed and called numerous times with no answer or reply. I have emailed again today and now my email has bounced back saying not able to deliver. I will now be contacting trading standards. I wouldn't have put any stars if I could've.
