My order took nearly zero month os so…
My order took nearly zero month os so for just 6 mini jars and 6 mini spray bottles. It took nearly 11 to 18 days to get an email about the order being packed. No communication before then.

Poor service as goods never received still no refund received.
I made an order the 11th of April but never received the goods. I followed the order up on the 21 st April was told goods on back order and would be in by the end of April. On the 7th May still not received goods so cancelled order and requested full refund. 14 th may still not refund money. Got email confirming refund but still not received money back.
Will follow up again. I won’t be using there services anymore.

Good company with good quality…
Good company with good quality products, however, the delivery took longer than expected and even with contact the parcel still arrived a day later than I needed for a workshop. I'd say just allow plenty of time for the order, otherwise very happy with the service and products.
