My order was forgotten until I chased.

I ordered some goods from a company in China on the same day, 23 April, and they arrived five days before my goods from Ampulla arrived.

Nothing wrong with the goods themselves, but not the best delivery experience.

I wanted a rigid bottle, one that doesn't squeeze, and I took a chance and ordered some because there just wasn't enough information on the website to make an informed decision.

Quality products at a competitive price with quick delivery

Ordered four milk bottles with gold and silver tops for semi, full fat, oat and orange juice
They were unable to alter my order when I wanted to add another one on so cancelled it refunded me and I placed a new order. They arrived quickly. Good quality with easy to screw off lids and look great rather than the big plastic bottles that flake white bits off every time you undo them. So much nicer to use
Only negative postage is expensive

Good quality bottles, with a internal coating which stops any reaction with the contents, and prevents aluminium oxidation. The spray options are drip free. Postage was competitive and I would highly recommend this company and their products

The courier that you deployed to deliver my purchase was unable to do so, citing that MY ADDRESS THAT YOU PUT ON MY PURCHASE PACKAGE was not decipherable to allow for precise delivery. Your courier is now asking for my accurate postal address to re-deliver my purchase at a cost to myself which is totally unacceptable and unreasonable since the address errors were made at your packaging and dispatch stages. Please sort this mess out now that you know that I have not yet received my purchase( which will be returned to you. The reason for my purchase was very time sensitive. Please dispatched my order again, at no cost to myself which, and use the following address, which I trust you can get correctly on the postal package:

Entered a typo on my delivery post code, but emailed customer support immediately with a correction. Received no response, delivery postcode was not amended and delivery was refused accordingly. Beyond rubbish.
