When I didn’t receive a pickup…
When I didn’t receive a pickup notification, I contacted customer service by email. After that, I received an automated response, but I never got a follow-up to my email. It was later suggested that the message may have ended up in spam.. I had expected a more pleasant customer experience. The pickup of my order was also quite unremarkable.
