Lovely vintage ring
I am doing a second review after doing a bad review a few days ago. Taken by the disappointment of not seeing my order arrive, I made a negative review but which I am happy to retract, AVJ's customer service explained what had happened and in fact, shortly after, my order was delivered. They were kind to reimburse me for the shipping cost and even offer me a discount as an apology.
The ring arrived is really beautiful and the packaging was done with care.
I apologize for the previous review and I absolutely recommend this site.
5 stars deserved. Thank you.

First of all thank you for your review. Like mentioned in email conversations we had, we shipped your ring directly after you placed your order. Unfortunately your package was lost at DHL for no reason and the status of your package in the Track & Trace was that it was in Amsterdam. We never experienced this before with DHL Express. Shipments to Italy take usually 1-2 days.
Hope you understand that we did everything from our side in doing our best getting your jewelry in the fastest way to you.

Beautiful rings, beautiful showroom, helpful staff
The decision was so difficult because there is so much beautiful jewelry here! But I have found the perfect ring and I am delighted every time I look at it. The employee was very friendly and supported me in the purchase process. There was no time pressure, even if the appointment was limited to 30 minutes. Everything was wonderful and next time we're in Amsterdam I'll be back!
Plus: We visited with our wild toddler and the staff was so charming and chilled ;) Thank you!

Great company with good knowledge of what they are selling. I have been checking other jewellers and found out that some of them gave high discounts of 300 per item, while they only work with discounts and price items higher then it should be what makes it confusing for customers. They think they get a high discount in meanwhile they pay more on a jewel. Communication was great and the resizing was 3 days faster then they have communicated. This is my second order and I am loving how your company grows and shows me the newest trends. Keep going AVJ I would definitely come back to your store.
