I have had a very poor experience and I would not recommend using this company. Their priority is profit over service and charging is not transparent. Call out as a member will cost you £175 or £354 as a non-member even if all that needs changing is a battery, which is charged on top of the call out. Absolutely disgusted with their business model.

At the time of contact, the system in question was not covered by an active service contract. As explained during the initial call, any works requested, including isolating a detector or fully de-commissioning the system, would need to be carried out either under a transferred contract or on a non-contract basis, which carries a higher call-out fee in line with other fire industry providers.
Our team clearly explained both options during the first call, however neither option was accepted and the call was ended. You then contacted us again the following day, at which point the non-contract call-out cost of £295 was again confirmed, which again was not accepted so no attendance arranged.
We are always transparent about our pricing and ensure costs are explained in advance so customers can make an informed decision. Our charges reflect the expertise of our engineers, compliance with industry regulations, and the ability to safely work on life-safety systems. As with most fire and security service providers, parts such as batteries are charged separately where required.
We take pride in providing a professional and compliant service, and we regret that on this occasion we were unable to reach an agreement that met your expectations. Should you wish to discuss this further, we would be happy to do so directly.

Excellent thorough help from the technician
Although I did not know in advance at what time of day the technician would come, he was extremely helpful, as our household has special needs to which he was ready to adapt whilst remaining thorough and attending to every detail in a friendly and professional manner.

Professional and Responsive
We had initial problems with our Paxton 10 access control and security systems, however Jason (Edes) was very helpful, easily approachable, professional and he was capable of sorting out all our problems. We enjoy working with Jason, he is always very responsive.

Complicated job but Amthal worked diligently to get the job completed
Amthal recently installed a quite complicated alarm at our Business Centre. It took much longer than they had anticipated (hence 4 stars rather than 5) but they worked very hard and for long hours each day, trying to get it finished. The engineers were on time, very polite and helpful.
