The service on our system with a competent technician was excellent.
BUT, the invoicing, chasing, sending a statement, requesting payment all over one month in advance of the service was terrible. I'm a private householder - I do not expect this sort of approach.

We have a monitored home security system from Amthal that was originally installed 12 months ago and is now managed and supported by them. The team are highly professional and the alarm is reliable with excellent support when we need it.

Many years a customer. Although my residential alarm system is not complex, service has always been of a high standard.

I had a home alarm fitted by Amthal. They were recommended to me by a friend and they were honestly faultless. The initial assessment was really thorough and they listened to my requirements with regards to wanting a wireless and very discreetly sized system. I was delighted with the system they recommended and the engineer was quick, efficient and cleaned up beautifully after the installation. One happy customer :-)

Amthal installed-and have looked after our alarm for over 20 years. The reliability of the system has been excellent and on the rare occasion we needed support it was always provided by friendly and efficient office and engineering staff. Recently we had an upgrade to a monitored system with security cameras fitted front and back, all of which went seamlessly. Thought after 20 years good service they deserved a review.

The team at Amthal have dealt with an issue I had in a very professional and responsive fashion. I have had two callbacks to ensure all was well.
