The flooring was laid as part of the inducement to purchase the house.
We have it in the entrance hallway, kitchen/diner, family bathroom and en-suite.
It has been laid professionally, and Im quite impressed by the look and feel of the grain.
The tiled look has been laid in the family bathroom and en-suite, this too has been laid professionally.

Amtico both lasts and stays looking good in a timeless way.

The product looks excellent - seems top quality. Fitted very well so I would have given a full five star score. However we didn’t realise the complexity of getting the correct type of runner and door mat. Some better advice on this would have been welcomed.
However can’t fault the quality of the flooring itself.

As the floor was installed by a Third Party, the warranty of your product is dependent on their ability to lay it, in accordance with your requirements. The Amtico warranty doesn't mention the installer.

We chose Amtico Signature Darley Oak, fitted on a 45 degree angle, for our hallway.

We had been doing on line research and knew we wanted something from the Amtico Signature range. S.L. Flooring was recommended to us and we will definitely continue to use them. From choosing the colour and style of the flooring to the fitting we felt really happy with the staff who helped us. The flooring is just beautiful and fitted so well. We really love the look and feel of it. So lovely and warm under foot.

I now have Amtico flooring throughout the house. It’s ideal as I have two dogs, meaning it’s so easy to keep clean and doesn’t scratch. I decided on the Signature series because of the lifetime guarantee. Very happy so far.

I purchased the Rosewood flooring from the Signature range and it looks very nice but I am extremely disappointed in the regular repeat in the pattern. I assumed that because this product was more expensive that the Karndeen alternative that the repeat in the pattern would be few and far between, but this is not so. If you do not want a repeat pattern to be obvious I would go for the alternative supplier. Having said that, the flooring does look nice and now I have rugs on the floor the repeat is less obvious. It seems to clean up well and shows no sign of being damaged by the dog.
I chose Amtico because Karndeen no longer did the design that I wanted.
