Introduced to A Luisa for the first time on IG and loved their jewelry collection especially the Cassia Hoops. Their customer service is also exceptional with very prompt, friendly and courteous responses. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely go back for more purchases.

When I posed questions to the team about specific products I was interested purchasing as gifts AL team responded so swiftly I was beyond impressed. Stellar customer service. My niece went bonkers over the little CZ initial stud and initial huggie earring singles that I gave her as a gift. She’s 15 and lost her home in the SoCal Palisades Fire earlier this yr. I’m trying to find memorable pieces to help her feel loved and special. The AL earrings helped more than words can explain. I just ordered more pieces. Excellent customer service; smooth process for returns.

I’m happy with the product and the gift it came with, but the shipping (to Germany) wasn’t great. The first package got lost, the second one arrived, but the tracking information on the website wasn’t accurate and stated that the “goods had not been loaded”. All in all, thank you to the customer service for sending the order again at no extra charge.

I really love Ana Luisa, the quality is high, love designs. The customer support is amazing as well - they replaced my broken earring that I had worn for over 1.5 years every day.

Response time was fast when I emailed about my issue. The employee was very kind. I received my replacement earrings in no time at all.

AnaLuisa jewelry has always been my go to, however I noticed my necklaces were tarnishing after two years (ocasional and not daily wear) Which the warranty only lasts two years and I wasn’t able to receive help with some of my most favorite pieces so I had to just toss them as the tarnished metal was giving me contact dermatitis on my neck. Although ana luisa customer service is great in assisting and replacing if you submit a claim before the two years end. I just don't think it’s worth it to continue buying jewelry that will eventually tarnish or flake off. I love the pieces I still have but won’t be continuing to purchase anything new due to the quality.

I bought a pair of earrings that were not for me and decided to exchange them for a different pair. When I contacted customer service with a question they responded quickly.
The new pair were delivered today..small Paris earrings in gold, my new favorite pair. I'll be back for these in silver too!!
