I ordered my items in july, it’s already october and the status is still in shipping. I don’t know where my package is but my order was $60. I need a refund or a recompense.

I did not get my collagen order made on 17 of July very desappointed .

I never received the pills. I called your Office, but no one answers. I sent emails muy no one is answering them. Your Line is always busy or that number doesn’t exist. ??????

The tablets work. It's an expensive product though.

My package never arrived. I ordered on June 17th, today it is July 27th. I send multiple emails but I never received an answer.

Ever since the actual AnaMaria herself passed, the products stop arriving. I was a frequent shopper but this past April I placed an order that never arrived. I got a response via email after 3 emails sent but it led to nothing as the order was never sent/delivered. I never got a refund and had to go through my bank to dispute the charge. Sucks to lose out on this amazing product. But they just aren't working? I'm not sure what happened

It took too long to receive it. We love this product though.

Ordered the products on June 7. No tracking number as of today, June 26. Customer phone number always busy. Emails are not replied. I requested my credit card company to reverse the transaction. Will never buy products from this company, at least until they change the distribution.

I placed an order on June 1st, and today is June 24th; my order still hasn't arrived, and they haven't even replied to the messages I've sent them.

I have been waiting for an order that was placed May 27th. I have emailed 2 weeks later and have not heard back from anyone. Please reach out to me as soon as possible.

I never received the items and I have been trying to contact them for a reimbursement and haven't got any response. I ordered my products May 20th, 2026, and today is June 9, 2026. No products, and no response.

They never sent my item. Its been three weeks since I ordered. I reached out to their contact email multiple times and no one ever replied to me. Very disappointed in the customer service and experience. Ive had to go through my bank to dispute the charge.

Never got the packet.

I ordered and paid for a product that hasn’t arrived. I paid for the shipping. I also tried to contact you and never received an answer. I feel you have stolen from me. I liked Ana María La Justicia, I believe her memory doesn’t deserve the quality of service you give.
I hope I can get my product soon, please.
