Ananta Stones misrepresent itself as an American company with the primary goal of helping people achieve spiritual connection through the stones from Burma--yes, the country with a civil war that is also known as Myanmar. The physical office in Manhattan cannot be found. The team of customer service, marketing and sales are even offshore from some Asian country.

This company USED to be amazing and I loved all of the pieces I’ve purchased in the past. NOW I no longer feel that way they’re awful. I placed an order in June. I’ve emailed them six times. Their phone number is disconnected. They have my money and I have no product. They will not respond.

I purchased three bands but only received one.
Several attempts to contact via email (no responses) and Facebook (did receive a response but it was lip service.)
I initially made it very clear I wasn’t seeking a refund, I just wanted my order.

Reported to Paypal - disappointingly they wanted government agency or law enforcement report. I don’t want to waste valuable police resources so tried local member, and then reported with ACCC.
More hurdles to jump with zero outcome.
I’m over $100 out of pocket. Plus time spent trying to follow up and do reports so that it will be investigated.
Definitely do not recommend this scam company. And now I wish I had looked at the reviews because evidently I am not alone

I have emailed them 3 times. I have not received my watch strap and there is no carrier info. Phone # is not valid. This must be a scam.

I am giving one star because I can't give them zero! Their "Contact Us" phone number for customer support is no longer in service, I have emailed them multiple times with no response, and my last email was in all caps - still no response! They charged me for an Apple Watch Band (took my money), I got an email that it was on its way, never received it. Now my order says "Fulfilled" with no tracking information available. I NEED YOUR HELP AND TO CONTACT ME!!!! Next step is the Better Business Bureau!!

**EDIT: I have heard from Anantastones and they are making this right by offering a full refund or another similar item. They have been very nice about this situation and are trying to resolve it.

I order some lapis lazuli. The weight was short, and the quality sure wasn't like the picture. It actually looked like a piece of gravel. Guys at the lapidary club got a good laugh out of it.

I ordered an item from this company, and the size was wrong. They claim a 30 day return policy and happiness guarantee, but they do not honor it. They will not offer an exchange or refund, even though the website says so. Also: Their phone number is out of service, their items are shipped from China and take over a month to arrive, and their customer service is completely non-responsive to your actual query -- it's as if your emails are answered by Chat GPT. In short, this place is operating in bad faith -- I highly recommend avoiding them. If they ever actually address my concerns, I will take down this review. Otherwise, know that they do not honor the policies posted on their site, and if you have any issues with your item from China, you are stuck with it with no recourse.

Company advertises perfect fit - band fit incorrectly - they would not replace - only offered partial refund to keep too large band or discount on new band. Neither is really acceptable as you are either stuck with a band you can’t wear or are forced to buy another. I even inquired about exchange policy at time of order and only got vague answer. Would never purchase from this company again. They WILL NOT REPLACE item. Buyer beware.

It- took a month to receive; watch Bracelet; It's way too small, and their customer service contacts don't work at all, They haven't answered emails, either. I didn't receive any paperwork/ order # with it. No contacts that work are on the website.

Received the smart watch wrap bracelet but in order to keep it tight on your wrist you would need to wrap it tightly. This doesn't work as it cuts off your circulation to be able to get it around to fit into the little knot that is provided for the clasp. Paid way to much for this and cannot use it. Have sent an email to them to ask how this is suppose to work to keep the smart watch on your wrist to work and to keep the strap from being too loose. I do not recommend this design at all for smart watches.!

I ordered 3 of the “Healing aquamarine”necklaces, and paid over $100 for the three.
Excited to give them to 3 women in my life with March birthdays, and I never received them. Very disappointed, I attempted to contact customer service through their chat option, through email and also attempted to call the customer service number given on the site, and received zero response.
Interestingly, 6 weeks out from my ordering I received an email from “Lisa” asking me to give some feedback on how my order went and how I liked the product. Of course I sent “Lisa” an email back respectfully stating my concern about my order.
Never heard back.
Finally I decided to submit a claim with my bank, since the $100 was taken from my account on the day of my order. Chase bank refunded the entire transaction amount.
5 stars for Chase bank. Zero stars for Ananta Stone.
Needless to say I will not be ordering from this site again, not just because of that mess, but also because I found the exact necklace on Amazon for $20 less.

Do not purchase from this merchant. I ordered an item in February, paid in advance, never received it. I emailed them several times, no response. They finally responded when I disputed transaction through Paypal. They provided receipt it was delivered on March 10 by USPS without signature. It is now April 18 and instead of replacing item or giving a refund, they want me to knock on neighbor's doors to see if someone has it and go to the Post office to see if they have it. I told them it is not my responsibility to find their package. They have not responded. I'm now out ~$40.

Having a very difficult time with their service team. No one responds to emails and the phone line just rings busy? Ordered and paid for 4 bracelets but got 2. Hoping this isn’t a scam.

What amazing product and CUSTOMER SERVICE! Because of the slow international mail system at this moment of covid the package was delayed. Then I had to suddenly move from my apt because of structural issues in my building. The package had to be forwarded when it reached my area in Ohio. Throughout the process I was contacted from Anantastones about the progress of the bracelets arriving at my new address. The jewelry is gorgeous! Can't wait to wear it! And you will never have customer service like this! Please support this company and enjoy their beautiful products! Thank you again, Psalm, for your personal care in this.

First thing THEY DON'T PUBLISH BAD REVIEWS!!!!
Second - ask about refund and you would never hear from them again! I've ordered a bracelet from them and my issues with the item are:
- it’s pitiful resemblance of what advertised on the picture. Classic “expectations vs reality”. I would like to stress, it’s not about the item is not be in accordance with my liking, it’s more about the misleading pictures.
- big stone has cracks all over (and it’s not a natural stone pattern as they were trying to persuade me before)
- the stone is rather flat then convex as on the picture
- holdfast around the stone installed slantwise
- small beads not even close that colourful as pictured
- general appearance cheap if compare with the picture. I understand that the item is handmade and could not look the same as on the picture, but in this case, comparing the picture and the item, becomes obvious that picture is a product of a digital work and this kind of masterpiece never existed. If they would’ve posted a honest picture, all of this whole waste of time and money event would’ve never happened.

The celestite bracelet is just so beautiful. I can feel an immense calmness while meditating and while practicing yoga. It is just worth every penny.

I ordered two Ananta Stones bracelets and I absolutely love them. Especially the Ocean Jasper Healing bracelet looks so good on me, it is such a pretty extra touch to my appearance. I also love the high vibrations they are emitting as the crystals are really healing and I feel how much different I feel when I wear them. Definitely recommend anyone to buy any of them as it can help you to raise your vibration and also just look more beautiful with such a pretty accessory!

I love all of the bracelets I got from Anantastones. They made from great quality materials, the designs are beautiful and the details of bracelets is exceptional. I love all of my 4 unique bracelets that work for different occasions. Thanks Anantastones.
