My name is Rodney Williams. I just ordered some them off of Facebook the other day they told me you pay nine dollars and get it express delivery and they’ll let me know when they ship the product out which I know is a lie. I won’t get my product. I’ve been waiting on my stuff.

Still waiting for the dentures over 2 months ago. Order# 15739 . Have not even heard from the company. I'm reporting this to the BBB!

My daughters and me bought 4 items for almost 100,-€ in a store at Cartagena (Spain). On the way back to Germany (highway to airport) my little daughter recognized that her necklace is without a gem and the other one was close to get lost also.
We contacted the store without response and then we contacted "Anartxy" directly via their webshop chat tool. The service was very poor and they did not help us. "It´s not their policy to support, if the articles have been bought via any retail shop". That´s very poor customer service!
So I cannot recommend the brand at all.

The earrings are Absolutely Beautiful! Very good quality and they look expensive. They are a nice weight and not too heavy on the ear lobe. The earrings arrived nicely packaged with a pouch and also a gift bag. I am a very happy customer. Thank you.

This was not my first order from Anartxy brand (firstly I accidentally found their cool earrings at some store during my Spain vacation). They proved the quality over the usage for 2 years so I happily ordered more already knowing that it totally worth it.

Quick order dispatch and there was an issue with a piece in my order that was dealt with through email.

I bought two pairs of earring in Dubrovnik which I love. I think my stones are opaque crystals. The first day I wore the earring with the pink stones into a jewelry store, I was asked by a sales person if the stones were real. They look so much like pink opaque opals. They are great

Fraudulent sales and no help from the company: I bought a bracelet in the Dubrovnik store during my trip to Croatia. It had no price and it was the last one of this model. The saleswoman called the manager who said it was €130. I had been told that it was gold plated. The price seemed good to me. When I arrived at my hotel, I saw on the internet that it was selling for €69.50 on the internet (on sale at 45€). I returned to the store the same day I bought it. I then noticed that a stone was missing. Unable to have proof that the price given was the correct one. The manager offered me another bracelet to replace the one I had bought. The refund was not possible because of the missing stone. I refused since I didn't really like the other model. I contacted the company by email. I received a return when I was back in Canada. He told me they would contact the store. Then, nothing. I contacted them again a few days later. The bracelet had lost 7 other stones. I told them about it and asked for a solution. They told me to go back to the store. I wrote to them to explain that it was not possible. Again, no answer. This morning, I wrote to them again to find out if they were going to do more. I received the response that it was my responsibility to go back to the store and that they could not do anything. I told them very clearly that this look like a fraud situation and no one is helping me. Currently, I have not had any further responses.

Earrings are gorgeous. The shipping co had an issue with my address and Anarxty rectified thoroughly and quickly. Great service / Great product
