First and foremost, we would like to clarify that all our jewelry is designed and manufactured in Spain. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our materials. We work exclusively with 925 Sterling Silver, an alloy consisting of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper) to provide the necessary hardness for daily wear, as pure silver is too soft for jewelry. Our gold-finished pieces are further enhanced with a high-quality 18k gold plating.
Regarding the items received, we have reviewed your order and noticed that one single unit of the earring was selected. In our shop, we offer several designs as individual units to allow our customers the flexibility of mixing and matching or wearing them in secondary piercings. We always specify this on the product page to avoid confusion, but we are truly sorry if this was not clear during your purchase.
Lastly, regarding our policies, we do accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We have checked our records and do not see any previous contact from you; we would have loved the chance to assist you and resolve this immediately!

Dissapointed and bad quality
I got myself a few items from this store.
To start I got myself some earrings which the bangles just fell off, I reached out to the team and they were helpful and eventually because of a mistake in quality and checking before sending the items out I received a new pair. Now a month later I wore my other items (earrings and necklace) never wore them before since my purchase, these items gave me stains on my skin. Going back and forth with the team they decided to not refund me or give me other items since it’s my skins PH fault? Because the stains were not on the jewels, this never happened to before in my life so it’s not a common thing for me. I am very disappointed in the service regarding these last 2 items and will never recommend this brand to anyone anymore. I usually am not the person to write bad reviews but since I would have handled the situation way differently I wrote one now.

Awful customer service & quality
Awful customer service & quality. They promised „3 in the price of 2” deal - proceeded to send only 2 functioning pieces of jewelry and 1 completely faulty. They replaced it with a bracelet that they also sent in a faulty state.
They do not offer any replacement, barely answer emails, do not want to give money back. It was already reported to ECC but avoid falling for the SCAM.
