An exceptional experience from start to finish...The team at Andepol is very proffesional truly skilled what they do. Highly recommeded for anyone looking for outstanding sevice and results.

It’s been two months since my husband Kevin had all on 6 implants fitted.
4 months before because of a receding jaw bone he had the prep surgery which required 14 teeth removed, two bone grafts and a sinus lift.
Although the procedure was harrowing for him at times I am sure that would have been the case whoever carried out the work.
I was nervous at first putting so much trust and money into a company I didn’t know, however in hindsight there was no need to be.
The finished product is wonderful and I am so glad he had the transformation done.
All the staff are great, however a special thank you to the lovely dentist Aylin (my hubby’s words😀) and her assistant Kubra for doing a great job.
I would also like to mention Alex the customer liaison rep.
His efficiency and Scottish accent was reassuring in times of stress.
Looking forward to meeting them all again when he returns for a complementary check up and clean whilst on holiday during May 2025.

In October 2023, I visited a clinic in Antalya. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, provided with a treatment plan, and underwent all the necessary diagnostic procedures. I want to highlight the very friendly reception staff, as well as a young man named Ata, who initially handled my communication. He is a genuinely nice person who always responded quickly and helped with all my inquiries. Unfortunately, he was replaced by people who were completely incompetent.

Since I required orthodontic treatment, I chose the option with aligners. After that, I was treated by a surgeon and an endodontist.

It should be noted that the surgeon did an excellent job. After the simultaneous removal of four wisdom teeth, I experienced no pain or even the slightest swelling on my face. However, the work of the endodontist left much to be desired. The fillings he placed lacked any aesthetic appeal. On one of the teeth, he left a chip exposed without covering it with filling material. The work was done carelessly, and no one bothered to ask if I wanted aesthetic fillings. Now, every tooth he treated needs to be redone because the work is not only unattractive but also impractical.

After the treatment, one of the filled teeth became sensitive. I was told this sensitivity would go away in a few months, but unfortunately, nearly a year later, the tooth still hurts. This further indicates that the work will need to be redone.

Next, the orthodontic treatment began. Almost three months later, I finally received the first set of aligners by mail. I wore them until the end of May 2024 and returned to the clinic for the orthodontist to check the progress and take new scans of my teeth for the second set of aligners. The doctor assured me that I would receive them within two weeks.

However, weeks turned into months, and I was constantly "fed promises." I had to reach out to the clinic staff on WhatsApp myself, as no one informed me of the reasons for the delay. They promised to give me an answer in a few days but would disappear for a week instead. Every time I reached out, I got excuses—they forgot, someone didn’t pass the information along, the doctor was on vacation, the staff member was sick, and so on. It is clear that the clinic owner does not monitor the work of their employees, especially those responsible for communicating with clients through messaging apps. In the end, my aligners were sent only three months after my visit at the end of May, which took twelve weeks instead of the promised two.

I paid a significant amount for my treatment but encountered a lack of proper service after the therapeutic phase, constant empty promises, and poor-quality work by the endodontist. In the end, I will have to redo his work at another clinic after finishing my aligner treatment.

It is also worth mentioning that I did not receive any receipts or invoices for the work done. All information about the cost was given only verbally, making it impossible to understand how the total amount was calculated.

Honestly, I initially wanted to recommend this clinic to two of my relatives, but based on my experience and the wasted money, I will not be doing so. Unfortunately, this is my honest conclusion.

I have just returned home to uk after having top and bottom crowns to say I am happy would be an understatement my smile was completely transformed and my treatment from the team was amazing professional and very accommodating . William went above and beyond to make our stay and experience a good one and I can’t recommend the whole team here enough

The Dental staff were brilliant throughout. They are definitely looking out for their patients and were very professional. I did have issues with signing paperwork that was only in Turkish as an English language version should be made available. All work carried out is of the best standard and I am looking forward to getting my final teeth in a few months time.

Andepol was amazing every step of the way. Even when I was just talking with them while planning the trip, they were clear about what needed to be done. Pointed out the problems I had, and explained what needed to be done, with great detail, and went through every potential scenario with me. They gave me information about my case the other clinics either didn’t spot, neglected to give, or intentionally left out to trick me into going with them. I felt respected and cared for every step of the way.

The doctors and staff of the clinic were wonderful. The treatment went perfectly. Didn’t have any bad discomfort even though my case was severe. The hotel they arranged for my stay wasn’t great. It was on a busy street so some nights were loud. They were receptive to my complaints and ensured me they would arrange something better for my second visit when I come to finalise my treat.

I ended up going to Andepol to get veneers done while I was vacationing in Antalya. The staff was friendly, the doctors were obviously great in their fields, and they always had someone with me who spoke perfect English. I never worried about being misunderstood or misled. And even after I had to leave early due to a time crunch, the doctors and staff of Andepol went above and beyond, and stayed after closing hours, to get my work done. Many thanks to everyone there.

Had an issue with my wisdom tooth while on holiday in Antalya. I found Andepol online and as soon as I contacted them, they took great care of me, and in just a couple days, I was completely fine. Didn’t even have any swelling. Many thanks to Dr. Kivanc and everyone else at the clinic.

I had to get an emergency treatment for a worrying infection in my jaw as I was visiting Antalya. I got advice to go to this dental clinic and was impressed by the quality of the service, the care and the competences. Warmly recommended!

It was great treatment experience for me. I love it! Doctor’s care is the best I ever seen. They used so quality equipment and it was brilliant clean. I would definitely refer to everyone !

These lovely people completed my treatment in the time frame to suit me well ,they listened and discussed at length in English, and proceeded at a pace to allow for any extra time for after care that may have become necessary. They were efficient and the facilities were excellent ,far better than my home uk surgery, They have saved the loss of two of my natural teeth through bone loss ,by grafting and the removal of all of my gingivitis which had been an ongoing problem for me.the treatment I received was professional caring efficient and appears (Three weeks on) to have neutralised all of my dental problems for the long term without the need for any cosmetic procedures which though popular can never be better than one’s natural smile. Just an opinion but the Hollywood look was never for me lol many thanks to my care team and Kristina for her help with translation and furnishing me with English documentation for my home dentist should I need it. In a nutshell great service honest pricing and efficient service I am sure they can help many more people with their easy style and unhurried service good luck all.

I initially went for an appointment 6 weeks ago to see what treatment I required, I visited 3 others when I was over. I was blown away with the support I had with my dentist messaging me with my options. I needed a huge amount of work done and last week I got my first treatment of bone graph and implants, I was well looked after from all the fantastic team during my treatment and after and was given all medication and pain relief to help during my stay. I came home yesterday delighted on how I was looked after, the surgeon, the dentists the pharmacists and all the team were outstanding, Kristina coordinated all my travel from my hotel to the surgery and back, always answering any questions I had in a prompt and professional manner. I will return in 6 months to finish my treatment.. I would thoroughly recommend Andepol to anyone, pain free and outstanding Standards of hygiene.
