Just bought Easy Hang hanger and having problems trying to secure it.
Company completely unreachable. Their advertised email has just been returned undeliverable.
Telephone number printed on the brochure separate company and cannot assist.

Excellent service I contacted customer service to ask if…

I contacted customer service to ask if I could purchase a new lid for my coffee grinder I damaged it while trying to remove a label, they very kindly are going to send me a replacement at no extra charge. The customer service I’ve received is second to none and I would recommend Andrew James products to anyone quality items and excellent customer service

5 star customer service

I contacted Andrew James to enquire about a replacement bulb for their Digital Halogen Oven with hinged lid, I've owned this oven for several years and have found it far superior to previous ovens I've owned. When originally purchased it came with a spare bulb, but because the original bulb lasted so long before it failed, the spare bulb was nowhere to be found. I was absolutely flabbergasted when the company sent me a replacement bulb completely free of charge! Their customer service is above and beyond what l have ever experienced, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others, and I thank them for their generosity and kindness.

Great customer service. my bulb blew on my halogen oven that i only had for two months, i got in touch and Keith got back to me offering me a replacement bulb free of charge. it was so unexpected. excellent customer service

I have been most impressed by Andrew James

I have been most impressed by Andrew James and in particular Nicole the customer service manager.

I bought an electric BBQ from them over 2 years ago (outside the warranty) and when I went to use it there was a problem with the electrical lead. I contacted AJ and they were able source and send a replacement without any charge. Well done Nicole and thank you!

What an excellent customer service

What an excellent customer service. I brought a new mixer which after one use had a fault. Contacted customer service who couldn’t have been any more helpful and within 3 days my new replacement had arrived. I have brought different products from them over the years and they are always helpful.
Would highly recommend them.

Excellent and friendly customer service

I emailed them because a component of my 5-year-old kettle was broken and they replied straight away, they were super nice, and sent me the replacement part very quickly - which meant I didn't have to buy a new kettle and waste the old one that was working well. Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service.

I had a halogen oven, purchased via Amazon. After 19 months, the fan failed. I emailed Andrew James and got a prompt reply. I hadn't expected the warranty to last for 24 months, but with an absolute minimum of fuss they shipped a replacement oven to me overnight.

Very good customer service experience…

Very good customer service experience with Andrew James.

It's not very often these days that customer service is so polite and prompt in their responses. If only all companies were like this. The representative I dealt with (Keith) was impressive. A swift and efficient resolution of an issue I encountered with our popcorn maker (which was a gift to us from friends). A few emails and details exchanged then they promptly replaced the item without any hassle.

update on andrewjames direct, still no refund and this company just ridiculous where customer service is concerned,i cannot believe the problems with this company from zero delivery to trying to obtain the money owed via refund,worst i have dealt with,AVOID ANDREWJAMES. awfull company and totaly bad customer service,still awaiting refund,
