I love the bike it's fun to ride

So far so good . A little harder to put together than I thought it would be . I am impressed with the sturdiness of the bike . Nice tool kit as well . Once I fire it up I will have more comments .

My new Apex 50 has a hall error so I had to take a new out of the box bike to get fixed! How would you feel? I’m not impressed!

Outstanding bike!! I received my Apex 50 in early December. The bike came well packaged and looked great. Putting the bike together was overall fairly easy, although a bit difficult putting on the rear rack. After riding the bike though the woods for the first time, I got an error message, and realized that the front motor was not working. On further examination, I saw a nick in the insulation on the wire to the motor. I tried troubleshooting, but no success. I reached out to support, and Emily responded very quickly. I got quick emails, and phone calls. Ultimately, they sent a new front rim with motor, and I fixed the bike. I have never had a better customer support experience! American companies should take notes from Andskye.

The bike itself is outstanding! Very powerful, and very fast. It looks great. I like the ability to be able to adjust to rear motor, front, or both. Despite the support, I can get a great workout, and the sensors work well. The hydraulic brakes are excellent. I had purchased a similar fat tire e bike from another online company, and I had to replace the mechanical brakes with hydraulic calipers, the first week owning the bike. These bikes are heavy, and need hydraulic brakes.
The bike is fun on the roads, flat trails, or in the steep single track trails.
I highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for a fun, fat tire ebike that can go essentially anywhere, and either give great, full support, or any degree of support for a great workout.

I like that my bike inside the box was not damaged. The box was dry rotten and busted when it finally was delivered. There was delays on delivery which I was not informed until I finally decided to called FedEx and they couldn't give much info on tracking. Once finally delivered I was not at home but FedEx dropped my delivery in my front walkway standing straight up in the open of the public eyed. Once I discovered on camera it was delivered I had to leave my job driving 50 mins towards my house and hopefully my delivery was still there. My delivery simply said if not home can not be left at delivery sight and someone at the house must be 18 years old to sign for delivery. This was not a good experience. Love the bike.

The bike was better than I expected. One drawback was the wobbly battery. I installed a rubber washer under the three screws holding the baseplate to the frame. It is now rock solid! I love this bike and the price is amazing!

Great bike plenty of powers with All wheel drive
Plenty of battery to go for 60 + miles before needing a charge
Whenever I stop to talk with anyone they compliment the bike before I leave

I’ve had my Apex 50 for about a month and I love it. My only issue was with the battery mounting. The battery would wobble side to side. I bought three rubber washers (5/8 x 2 1/4 x 1/8) for less than $6. I put one washer under under each screw between the base plate and the frame. My battery is rock solid now and the bike is perfect! I’m in a community with a lot of e-bike riders and my Andsky Apex50 has gotten tons of attention. It is definitely a head turner and performs like a champ! If it holds up over time it will be perfect!!!

I had a slight problem when my bike was delivered. A wonderful Customer Service Rep- Emily has been in constant contact and took care of everything.

I've got about 120 miles on my 52V Apex 50 and love it. I live on the beach, and the dual drive powers through loose sand really well, and the range is excellent. I think that the quality of construction is good, and with care the bike should last. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend Andsky to other e-bikers looking for a powerful all terrain machine.

After two years of research I purchased two Andsky S700 e-bikes. Best value for the money on the market.

I wanted to praise and recognize Emily, my AndSky Ebike sales support person, for a job well done. Emily went out of her way to help me engineer the necessary parts. She helped me specify them, ordered and received the parts at AndSky Ebike, checked to be sure they would work for my application, and then arranged the shipping. She was helpful and cheerful at each step and did a fantastic job keeping me informed. It was a very positive experience.
The back story: I am 65 years old, handicapped, with limited mobility. In recent times, my knee went bad, and I lost most of my leg strength over this past year. I mapped a plan to pedal and build my leg strength up. After much research, I purchased an S700 Ebike at the end of last summer. I thought that motor-assisted pedaling would help me slowly rehab my legs and regain strength while having fun. Unfortunately, after I purchased the bike, I did not realize my legs were too weak to climb up and use a higher seat position, and my knee could not bend far enough to work with a low seat. With some creative engineering, I used another seat stem, which moved the seat back about 4 inches. My knee bend issue was fixed, but I could not reach the handlebars. I contacted AndSky Ebike about my problem, and Emily was on it. She helped me source a BMX-style handlebar that could fit the S700, including the mount and folding stem. The new parts brought the handlebar further back so I could reach them and safely ride the bike. 
This has been a fantastic experience. AndSky Ebike went above and beyond every step of the way. I highly recommend AndSky Bikes and the team at their office. Thank you, Emily!

These bikes are awesome. We bought two of them and we have really enjoyed them so far. So far I have zero complaints and only one note. They are 26” bikes so know they are big. I’m a short guy and have to get on and off at rolling starts but I love them. My son and I can take them most anywhere and the power they have is amazing.
