I waited for three weeks to have my order shipped, got a shipping notification and the next day I received an email from customer service saying my order was no longer in stock and asking me if I want to choose another color. I declined and asked to be refunded. The availability of being able to order the same exact skate never changed and when asked about it, I was told that they had a issue with their site. This was almost 2 months ago and the ability to order them has never changed. I ended up ordering a different color later on because of the quality of the frame but quickly regretted that as well.

I received my skates sooner than expected. They are comfortable and I love the color of my skates. I purchased the pink skates.

I gave three stars because the skates did arrive on time but without a label or instructions on how to remove the wheels. I brought led wheels as well. I called the store for instructions no one answered or called me back. Thanks to YouTube I was able to see how it’s supposed to be done. Of 8 wheels I was able to replace 7, the bolts were screwed on so tight I hurt myself to get the off. I gave up on the last wheel in search of a man to assist with my last wheel. I’m really sad about this purchase because I have been saving up my money to make this purchase for 6mths and had such a painful experience.

Shipping is, as is upfront, not the fastest, but it also wasn't unbearably slow! Skates are super cute and definitely functional, none of the flaws that previous models had shown in some reviews. Wheels are a little sticky, even after loosening, and they do definitely scuff pretty easily, but even scuffed they're fun. Overall, a liiiiittle overpriced for the quality but a good purchase for the most part.
