Horrible customer service I review e-bikes for a living I was on their Instagram very disrespectful. I do not trust this bike I've been doing this for over a decade. Not sure what the problem is. I'm United States Marine. So the decency to even have a conversation would have been highly respected.

This was an amazing experience from ordering the Aniioki A8 pro max and the shipping and receiving and let me tell you I’ve never been more happy that I made this purchase the bike is awesome and I wouldn’t trade it for the world this company is so awesome. I broke my top cap on the bike and they sent me a new one free of charge I just had to order some brake pads with my order Love the Aniioki company

I have the 2026 Aniioki A8 Pro Max GT . The shipping only took 1 week to get to me in Miami from California . The box 2 boxes where a bit dirty and one small rip on the cardboard but Im sure its from fedex workers but other than that the boxes where good and no damage to the bike . The bike is simple to build especially after watching other people build it online . The bike is awsome it goes up to 50 mph no problem goes up bridges with no lag . With pedal assist and a decent speed im able to reach 100+ miles . I use the bike for doordash and ubereats in downtown Miami and I have zero range anxiety. I see people complain about the customer service but my experience was good they responded to my email a day later and helped me with my concern. This is not a E-moto this is for cruising and long range. If you want to go over 50 mph for 1 hour buy a E-moto . 9/10 for me thank you Aniokii .

I m using this bike from 1 year atleast and now I ordered a 2026 model this bike is beast everything in this bike is beast i just wanna suggest you guys to add a charging port in bike everything else is very good i never faced any problem with this

I lost my keys for the bike and paid for replacement padlock and they send me quickly and was an issue an istelation, however, they send me a replacment for free a graet service from Auraro

My husband bought his first Aniioki e-bike two weeks ago and we were amazed how well it is built, it looks like its made to last, after he drove it he said it was the best purchase he has made with zero regrets , we loved it so much we ordered a second one! The package by the way was very good, we didn't have any issues.

The speed and handling is great the bike in general is awesome using it as a commuter to work handled 32 miles pretty well assembling it wasn’t as hard as I thought it’s pretty straightforward like the manual inputs make sure all bolts and studs are tighten in every area and you’ll be fine best tip for assembling put basket on first then the front tire everything else will be pretty easy to get to

I just ordered the A8Pro Max GT. I'm so excited to get it. So far the customer service has been excellent. I have been asking a lot of questions and they have been very helpful. Very happy about the big promotions they are offering right now.

Received the Aniioki A8 Pro Max 60v dual motor v3.0 in good shape, packaged will with no broken or missing parts. I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing and have put just over 400 miles on the bike. So far it's great, with good range and it keeps up with traffic.

I got the AQ 177 Pro Max, and it's so worth it. I am based in NYC, and commuting is such an important factor. I am super satisfied and impressed with the bike. I love everything about it.
