The customer service was extremely helpful to me when i was looking for a bike and answered all my questions. Glad I decided on the A9 and the price was great definitely would buy from them again.

I have been riding the Aniioki AQ177 for a while now, and it completely eliminates any range anxiety. The massive 52V battery configuration easily gives you 90+ miles on pure throttle, and if you help it out with pedal assist, it stretches even further toward that legendary 200-mile claim. For daily commuting, delivery drivers, or long weekend adventures, nothing else in this price bracket even comes close to this battery capacity.The power delivery from the motor is exceptional, pushing the bike to a top speed of 28–30 mph with plenty of torque for climbing hills. Despite being a heavy, solid machine (weighing around 100+ lbs), the step-through frame makes it incredibly easy to mount and handle. The upgraded four-level suspension system and the extra-thick ergonomic saddle absorb potholes and rough roads like a sponge, making long rides a breeze.Safety features are top-tier too. The 180mm dual hydraulic brakes offer immediate, crisp stopping power for a heavy bike. It also features highly visible integrated turn signals, hazard lights, a loud horn, and a key-fob security system that gives great peace of mind when parked. Assembly was straightforward out of the box since most of it comes pre-built. If you want a robust cargo workhorse with insane battery life, this is the best value on the market. Highly recommended!

I just ordered the A 9 Pro Max GT. I'm so excited to get it. So far the customer service has been excellent. I have been asking a lot of questions and they have been very helpful. Very happy about the big promotions they are offering right now.

The bike was shipped on time and is quality manufactured. Assembly was a cinch and the included tools were extremely handy. It is a solid machine. The charger inverter came broken, had to buy another charger. The new charger did work but was 219.00 extra dollars. I rode it yesterday and it was a blast.

The Delivery:

The bike arrived in a box that looked like it had been dropped off a building and dragged behind a truck. It was crushed, punctured, and barely held together by makeshift duct tape.

The Damage:

Upon opening it, the damage was extensive and completely compromised the safety and structural integrity of the bike:

- Electrical Fire Hazard: The main wiring harness was crushed and sliced open, exposing bare, severed internal wires.

- Structural Frame Damage: There is a deep impact dent and gouge directly on the main structural weld near the rear shock.

- Misaligned Frame: The entire rear swingarm and wheel assembly is visibly bent and veers heavily to the right, throwing off the entire alignment of the bike.

- Cosmetic: Deep gouges and scrapes on the brake levers, front suspension caps, fork clamps, and swingarm.

The Customer Service Experience:

I immediately sent detailed photos of the destroyed box, the dented frame, the twisted rear wheel, and the severed electrical wires to Aniioki customer support.

Their response was absolutely negligent. A representative looked at pictures of exposed, sliced wires and a bent frame and told me, in writing, that the bike had "only very minor scratches," there was "no indication of any damage that would affect its electrical system," and assured me it was "fully usable."

Their proposed solution for a structurally compromised frame and a major electrical fire hazard? They offered to mail me a single replacement brake lever and a pair of brake pads.

The Verdict:

Do not buy from this company. The shipping quality is abysmal, but the real issue is a customer service department that actively ignores critical safety hazards and tries to brush off expensive, dangerous freight damage as "minor scratches."

EDIT / UPDATE: It is also highly apparent that this company manipulates their public rating. Shortly after purchasing, I received an official email from their sales team explicitly offering a "free gift" in exchange for leaving a "positive review" on Trustpilot. This direct violation of Trustpilot's anti-incentivization policies explains how a merchant shipping fire hazards and broken frames maintains an artificially high score. Do not trust their rating—it is bought.

The Aniioki A8 Pro Max (single motor) is an awesome E-Bike! I've been riding it since October 2025 and it's just super fun and great! I work as a Delivery Rider in London and this bike is THE BEST bike for that job, in my opinion. The bike has insane range - 100 (160km) miles on Throttle only. It's fast and has great acceleration. I've had no serious problems with the bike over 2500 miles. The bike did arrive with a slightly faulty battery though, but Aniioki Customer Support were quick to get back to me and were very helpful and sent me a replacement battery as soon as they could. Really couldn't be happier with this bike.

Very smoothe ride amazing range strong stoping power. I bought the bike for dominos/door dash/uber eats ebike delivery the only thing I would like is for a USB port and a more sturdy headlight.

Absolutely love The Aq177 Pro Max. The step through design is perfect for getting on quick and going the seat is super comfortable , handles pot holes and bumps like a champ and the range is perfect for my needs will be buying again in the future! Will be my DoorDash Bike!

I'm so glad I did my reviews and chose Aniioki for my final decision. I'm 61 years old and still love to ride. The A9 Pro Max gets me to work and back without any troubles. It's the best bike I've ever owned. I'd recommend this brand to anyone thinking about buying an E-Bike.

I had a minor setback when I first got the bike and customer service was fantastic, helpful, and very quick to respond. The bike itself is huge! Very sturdy and I'm having a blast riding it around the city it really is the range beast. I highly recommend this ebike brand!

Hello to the Aniioki community
This is my first time getting Into Ebiking.
Honestly I did alot of research about the ebikes and finally the aniioki brand caught my eye. So I started watching videos and reading about the aniioki ebikes because I needed something with long range, before ordering my first ebike from aniioki i was having second taughts of what if the bike doesn't perform well, what if the range is not what i am looking for. Then I finally made my mind and ordered the ANIIOKI A8 PRO MAX 2026 52V 70AH EBIKE.
as aniioki says ( range BEAST ) it really is.
my real range experience is today, I took it out for first time went to work with it and did a 20 mile round trip and the time I got back 4 out of 5 Battery bars were still intact I only used 1 bar of the battery, but I should mention that I weight 330lbs and I was using the throttle only all the time with full speed and never used paddle.
The only downside of receiving my ebike is that the FedEx company is not trust worthy, I waited 2 days at home to receive my package but they never delivered it on the given date then I went there myself and after waiting for 3 hours behind the door I finally collected my ebike from the FedEx facility.
I hope that aniioki will come with some other delivery ways other than FedEx.
My final taughts on my aniioki ebike.
I would just say GO FOR IT if you want a good bike with performance and great range and rugged designs go for the aniioki. I will be ordering another ebike from aniioki this time it will be the A9 pro max.

I ordered my bike and I live in Louisiana my bike was delivered fast and everything was packaged well!My first impression of the bike when I saw it up close was wow what a beast of a bike! You could tell it was well made and not something that was produced as junk! I was more than satisfied of how the bike performs on all terrain! I would suggest anyone into buying this bike I bought a A90 Pro and don’t regret it at all!

I recently purchased e bike through them, I works great long range. No more range anxiety!!
I work for food delivery, it's awesome works about 10-12 hours on any given day.
Battery life is excellent. Also had few questions while purchasing they were pretty helpful with the answers, regarding shipping and handling.
I would recommend it to others as well.

I recently ordered the A9 Pro 60v80ah and the AQ177 52v dual motor. So far so good both bikes are great, the a9 needs some tlc to the brake system so I'm hoping to get this resolved this week. Otherwise these are great bikes with best in class speed and range 👌

My friend had his Aniioki stollen a month ago and your company helped him out with a discount for his replacement! He also had help from his coworkers at Chillis in Hemet CA. by creating a Go Fund Me page! You guys are #1 in my friend and I's book!

So far, I can say that my experience with sales customer service has been exceptional with quick responses within 24 hours answering all of my questions prior to ordering. After ordering I still had additional questions and once again they responded quickly. I’m currently waiting to receive the A8 3.0. I look forward to adding additional details here after receiving the bike.
Update : I received the bike on time. Packaging was great. While building the bike I noticed a bent screw for the front caliper. Customer support responded and sent me a bolt replacement kit for the caliper.
I really like the size and weight of this bike. Well balanced and powerful. It pedals really easy as well which was surprising to me considering its size. So far I’ve had it for a few weeks with no issues. I’m using it for deliveries so will be putting a lot of hours on it.
I would highly recommend reaching out to customer service via email prior to purchase with any questions you may have. Give them a few days to respond.

I was trying to get hold of your company for months and no reply or response and I still have a 2 year warranty my e bike stop working because it got rained on and I like to know if I can’t get the bike turned on can I get 20x.4.0 tires

I just bought my second ebike from Aniioki. This one was the newer A9 ProMax 60v version. I really love how well-made these ebikes are. Good range and handling. Brakes are awesome. Also their stock seats are actually comfortable.

While I have not yet needed customer service with this particular purchase, they provided excellent customer service with my first ebike I bought from them. And this is one of the reasons I made a second ebike purchase from them. Customer service is a little slow because of time zone and language barriers, but they came through for me and made everything perfect.

My new ebike was available at a local warehouse so shipping was very fast (4 days via Fedex). No problems at all with ordering and shipping. Very smooth transaction.

There are a couple of minor improvements I could suggest: One, the user manual is poorly written and leaves out a lot of info on various features. Two, the settings on the new ebike omit a lot of features that were present on my older version of this model. (There may be hacks available to overcome this, but I haven't investigated this yet.)

All in all, my experience with this company has been stellar. They make a good product. They have good customer service. I don't hesitate to refer friends to them. And I am also sure I will be doing business with them again. Good job Aniioki.
