I ordered 6 boxes of cat sand.
They contacted me and said 2 of them were out of stock.
Ok ok. So I asked them to send other specific cat sand instead.
They ignored it and sent different cat sand. Two of them were broken.
I've been trying to contact them for a week via email but they haven't replied yet.
I want my money back or they need to send new items at least.

I placed an order which was delivered on time but with an incorrect item. However, after contacting customer service (dealing with Yasmine & Isak who get 2 thumbs up) they were efficient in rectifying the mistake and offered excellent customer service. The communication was open and they responded quickly.
My only reservation for not giving them a 5 star review is that the minimum order value for free delivery in my opinion is too high especially when you sometimes just need a top of something.

The goods arrived rather slowly compared to my other online shopping experiences.

Also, I made a partial return, but the refund was not processed until more than 2 weeks after I've sent the goods back. I had to email them to ask, and they refunded me on the same day. Does this mean if you forget your return you might never get your refund? Also, the Linnea replied to my request for refund with no apology, but simply ''Hi, We've received your return and repaid you for those today.''

Most Swedish online shops offer much better and more honest service. Considering Animail doesn't have price advantages I won't return.

Thanks. The only thing is that the package was left in front of my neighbour door instead of mine.

I made an order on dec 22 and it still hasn't shipped. No update on when it should ship either.

The package arrived quickly and in a good shape. My 2 rabbits are grateful! :)

VERY slow customer service response.

Animail is a great website which delivers quick and easy. The products are all good quality-wise and my dog has liked everything so far.
The only thing that can be remarked is that the product description are sometimes (really rarely) be a bit too little but that is a rare case. I have found the support, order and delivery is great.
If the product is sold at animail I would order it here - the only issue could be that some products, foods, toys are not sold at animail. Otherwise great store!
