I’ve order from Animal City numerous times and only ever had the problem of a very late delivery but the last order I made, they didn’t have the product in stock and recommended me a different one. They said if my dog didn’t like the food, I could get a refund. The new product was cheaper but I didn’t get sent the difference in money.
When I asked to return the product because my dog didn’t like it, they eventually responded with “we won’t collect the food but we will give you a refund”
More than a month has gone by and many emails and I still don’t have a refund. Very disappointing
