Spent over £100 but … they sent out the wrong red mite treatment , and it looked like it had leaked and weight of product indicated that too.
All I was offered was to send it back - product stank and I didn’t want to handle it, and I don’t have time for this.
No oh we are really sorry and yes you’ve shown it looks like it’s not a full product - if you keep it you can have it half price. Anything to have them acknowledge their mistake.
It was a first order. I won’t be using this firm again. Very suspicious they sent the wrong item as they didn’t have the other in stock and wanted to keep the sale.

First time I ordered from these I had no issue was really good, recieved the rabbit food I ordered gave good review but this time has been awful bin 6days still no food, delivery people say collection was cancelled and they don't have it, it says that on the tracking yet these are saying they do, contacted them giving me the run around, say gunna put in another order tomorrow 4 me but can't guarantee next day delivery with only £5 refund yet I have been waiting for this for too long and now I have about ran out of food for them not sure if I will order from these again now.
