This has been the absolute best thing for my business, has enabled me to spend more time working on other aspects. All the information I need is in one place and if I need anything extra Ankorstore are brilliant at taking on board and implementing suggestions. I've tried other wholesale platforms and the level of service just is no match.

We (Hydro-herb) have been using Ankorstore now for a little over 18 months. It's made a great addition to the way we do business, to be honest during the lockdown period at the start of last year it was an absolute godsend.
We are a small and relatively young company and one of the things that has really surprised me during this period of finding our feet is the amount of time I spend chasing invoices. Ankorstore is great for us from that point of view invoices are paid within a matter of a few days after delivery without exception. No need to chase or prove delivery from my end all automated. The only times I have needed to contact the team was during a period last year when we were exporting to Europe (pre full brexit) all the issues were dealt with and I felt the team were bending over backwards to ensure we and the customer were both happy.
If you are an independent maker/crafter/manufacturer you could do a lot worse than look at joining Ankorstore. The invite scheme they use for sellers to reach out to new customers and the sliding scale of commission is great several of our customers have joined now.

Never buy here. I don’t even understand how many domain names these guys have but I keep getting spamt with different ones. Worst company that ever existed!

Placed an order and from that point email after email with barriers to the “verification process”. Something definitely not right with this company! You shouldn’t need to prove who you are and what you do in order to purchase items! Absolute shocking customer service, asking for info which is clearly publicly available through reputable online sources. If you need to do your due diligence, do it, but don’t make the whole processs a shambles for the end user!

I placed an order paid for it but never recieved it I have emailed ankortore 5 times to no avail,they dont respond to emails

Perfect place to order products for professional worker

So when they cancelled my order first time I thought “fine I will give them another chance”. I had to email out to find out why the order was cancelled because communication in this company is next to non existent. They assured me my company is now verified with all the info they asked for (after I emailed them of course coz why bother contacting the client before cancelling the order to see if anything can be done), so off I went to place another order. They sat on it for about a month before cancelling it again. And guess what no comms again! I emailed them for explanation but not holding my breath…
So if you want to join a platform that doesn’t honour their promises, makes you feel awful about the entire shopping experience yet spams with emails to buy more stuff which they won’t even bother to deliver anyway, than you’ve found it. This is the one to go for. I’ve lost time, patience and any faith in this place now. They promise so much, give discount codes, give assurances and NOTHING is honoured at all! Don’t bother

Dreadful service, charged for things never received. Can’t get anything sorted. Asked them not to keep ringing due to illness. Told to email no they would leave it 5 mins and ring again. Had to block their numbers. Import taxes 60% upwards of the price of the order. Total shambles

This is one joke of a company.

Waited 14 days to cancel my order, they don't send it to supplier. You order and they sit on it, before they send it to the company. I had customers waiting on product.

My advice look at the site find your supplier and contact them directly - Run for the hills - DO NOT USE.

Twice I have been given a discount code that has not been honoured buyer beware this company is a total con they should be reported to trading standards

1 star is a star too many. Absolutely the worst website/company I have ever had to deal with. They issue discount codes and then come up with all the excuses in the book to stop your order. You go through a lengthy process to be validated. You send proof of your company and registration business details you send photos and screenshots and all this stuff and when you finally get validated you have to go through all this again. And again and again, once an order is placed it can take 2/3 weeks to reach the brand. How this is a good business model is beyond me. I used the coupon code I was given and paid the excess balance in full but yet there’s a ‘finance issue’ this website is a total scam to be honest the whole things a joke.

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs if you are looking to purchase wholesale go to Faire! They are much better in every way!

I had a discount code and they came up with excuses from the verification team for not serving the order; but if you pay the order without discount; there are no issues

Furthermore, I’m still waiting for the refund of they money I paid

As a retailer this was a poor experience. Difficulty receiving payment over due. Numerous emails before payment received. Poor brand support. Sadly I would advise, Avoid if you can

Absolutely brilliant for a small business that can’t access the stock without large orders and long Trading history.
Very helpful with any questions and very fast delivery and fantastic products.
Look forward to ordering more soon.
Have ordered from 5 so far with a big discount that really helps.

Great place to shop in small quantities, with no delivery fees if 300€ used.A lot a choices and new products every week.If problem, employees very helpful.

Like many others saying it's a complete scam.
They let you sign up and place an order.
They take your money then cancel your order within a day or two.
One of my suppliers started selling on there and sent me a link to order with them though Ankorstore. Placed my order and it got cancelled the next day as Ankoestore could verify me.
No idea what that means.
I'm clearly a trader as I gave them my website.
What individual would want 500 candles!
