My order gets cancelled because they cant validate me? I have a webshop, cbr number and EORI number. Seems like they wont let customers use their campaign promo code. I have contacted the brands I wont to work with without ankorstores involvement now, because of it. Very poor service and seems like they want to scam. Also the money has been withdrawn from my bank account? Why do they draw the money before they know if they can validate? Cannot recommend ankorstore. Use Faire, they Are SO much better

Ankorstore is a fabulous idea and set up and executed almost to perfection, thanks to its open communication between buyer and seller and their own support and backend tools make it a great experience. I didn't give 5 *'s though because I think the product search facility could be better or more levels for each category. Eg. material types, season, colours, styles etc. Apart from this it's very intuitive, transparent and organised - an easy way to find great products for sure!

If you buy goods from ankor store that should be my point of contact I don’t expect to be told to contact the brand as if that’s the case I may as well buy direct from the brand ?

Unfortunately, it seems that I have been cheated by one of your brands. I received the goods on Monday 1st August and yesterday I found out that the goods were not genuine.

The brand claimed that the jewellery should have been produced here in Denmark by a Danish jewellery designer. I found the goods on a Chinese site called Pandahall.com for 20% of the price. Everything your brand says is a lie. I wrote to you because I want to return the products, but I cannot be allowed to do so. You claim it is too late and that I should contact the brand. I've tried that, but of course, the brand won't admit that it's fake.
Is it true that there is no help available from you when the order has gone wrong like this?

After Orderchamp, Faire, Mercavus, yet another scraping company who believe they are the solution to the marketplace.
They produce nothing, develop nothing and are scraping money of margins that only end up at the far end of people who actually make the product.
Unclear invoices that never mention the original company where you ordered, communicate in French.
Difficult to get rid of their spam.
As you understand I'm not a fan.
After Uber, AirBNB, Gorillas, more platform bs that makes only the stockholders rich and cripples the economy.
I hope they all go bankrupt.

Placed an order which never arrived, wasted time and money, trying to get a refund.

We made an order, paid for it and they cancelled it without strong reason. Wasted lots of time!

Great Credit to get you started. Great products. Great customer service - I've had no problems at all. I think some of the negative reviews are from people that aren't very bright who think the platform should be like amazon. What we've imported from Europe through them has been excellent and very well priced.
