I had a great experience at Anna+Nina Herengracht getting a helix piercing—the service and advice were excellent. However, I was disappointed by the unexpected extra costs for the piercing back (€50) and its mandatory replacement after a few weeks (€50 again). While this is mentioned in the FAQs, more transparency upfront would have been appreciated. Clearly stating the total price before the procedure would help avoid surprises at checkout.

I have exactly the same experience about the I love you mug as another review I just saw here.
I bought two mugs, one “I know” and one “I love you”. While the “I know mug” is labeled as handcrafted in Portugal with decent quality, the “I love you” mug is labeled as made in China and changed its color after dishwashing.
I like the design and it was supposed to be a present for my wife. I really disappointed by this and it made no sense for a 20 euro mug to have a quality lower than a 2 euro mug.

Update: the customer service has told me that the manufacturing of the mugs has been moved from Portugal to China. I think this cost cutting is the main reason for the bad quality of the products. I think the value of the brand should be quality crafted design goods, and now there is no reason to keep buying from them anymore.

I purchased their new charm bracelet (14k gold bracelet + 5 charms + 5 connectors) for more than 1000 euro. The connectors don't close properly so I get stuck behind everything, and one charm even fell off, inside the house luckily.

I have returned the bracelet. I can see it arrived at their office a week ago as I used a track and trace code, but ever since they don't answer my emails (so please don't ask me again to send an email to your webshop team) or answer the phone (have tried to reach them with using various phone numbers as I thought the issue was with me).

For 1000 euro I expect much better quality - for this kind of money I can buy a small bracelet at Cartier. Do you think they would sell bracelets that you have to assemble yourself and then on top of that don't close properly??

I purchased a necklace for my friend - it broke twice! I purchased one of the gold necklaces (not cheap by any means) for her birthday. As soon as she unboxed it, barely touching it, the links came apart. I went back the next day and was given a replacement and assured that there was a warrantee in case it happened again. Unfortunately, a month later, it came apart once again. They gave my friend a bit of a hard time when she wanted to exchange it for another item -- rightfully so, as we've now gone through two of the necklaces and know they do not last. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product, especially at the price point.

The place is a little bit of a hidden gem in Rotterdam, but the store is super cute and the girls were very friendly :) I bought the most beautiful plate and I had a great experience in the shop

The ladies that man the store are amazing! Very patient and honest. The piercer is incredible! Quick, clean and gentle! This place has so many unique pieces and high quality materials.

The piercer Jamila is really great. She is patient, sweet and nice. Befor the piercing she explains everything very clearly. My daughter and I both had our piercings done by Jamila. My daughters piercing went very well. Unfortunately my piercing did not go completely smoothly, but Jamila remained very calm and explained what was happening.

Hi I bought five mugs from Anna and Nina which never arrived They send me back my money . I emailed them and they told me to order them again, but they are out of stock and then they sent the same email again ...... such bad service !!!!!!!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I returned some goods from the UK following their instructions to the letter, but the package was returned to me by postnl and they are washing their hands of it.

I'm stuck with £70 worth of goods and £14 out of pocket for postage and they are just shrugging. Don't buy online from them, despite what they say, you can't return goods (and they don't say to pay for tracked delivery in their instructions, they only say it when the package is returned to you marked 'refused').

They have not tried to work with me on this in any way.

Bought earrings for my girlfriend. Looked very nice, but within 9 months (without showering or sleeping with it) the silver is gone and the colour is way off. When addressing this matter, not helpful at all and "this is not our problem".

I decided to order to the e-boutique directly to support the brand instead of the numerous e-shops reselling the brand. I received a broken item, contacted "customer service" twice. Never received an answer. Then contacted the team via instragam who said they would help but ghosted me as well. Very poor experience overall. Stay away or buy from a reselling platform instead of the own e-shop.

By booking an appointment for a never ending piece the focus is on adding your chosen jewelry. I am happy with my jewelry and advice that is given.
Again it was a nice experience.

The girl who helped us with our infinity bracelets was very kind and caring. She explained everything we needed to know and made sure the bracelets fitted perfectly. She gave honest feedback about the length of the bracelets and didn’t want to rush putting them on our wrists. Afterwards she explained everything about aftercare and waranty.
The experience was so nice, I am coming back for my infinity necklace soon :)
