Scammed

I purchased two dresses from them for $103. Only one dress was received and it is showing online that my order has been completed. I emailed and texted them attaching the order receipt and the packaging slip but they have not replied. I feel angry because I work very hard for my money and this was supposed to be my daughter’s graduation dress. Shame on them. I shopped with them because I wanted to support a Muslim business.

No money back for wrong item

Very bad customer service. Please do not order from this website. I ordered dresses and scrapes. One was not like in the description lined. I contacted them, however, they don't want to initiate the return, I would have to pay 3 times the amount of the dress for shipment costs. And are not ready to give my money back. Although its their fault.

I finally got the store credit and the…

I finally got the store credit and the replacement for all orders stalled for 2 years ( from 2020-2022) in 2023.

I should give a fair review that they tried to resolve it.
All the dresses are beautiful, fit perfectly, and in good quality.

I am waiting to reorder until the company resolves all issues with all buyers who paid for the merchandise.

I love Annah Hariri brand.

I have been a customer for Annah Hariri since 2017. To be honest I am surprised with the low rating for her brand. I love her designs and the material quality.
Recently I encountered some issues regarding the color of an abaya and the size of a dress, I contacted their customer service and they resolved my issue momentarily.

i ordered two abayas

i ordered two abayas, received only one in package. fabric is synthetic. poor quality, US size 6 is actually US size 16, as shoulders come at mid upper arms. i contacted customer service with poor response. could not make a return or get refund for the Abaya not sent. I will not recommend this to any one.

DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER!

Beware! DO NOT BUY FTOM THIS VENDOR!! I would give 0 stars, if allowed. 3 piece set advertised as linen- NOT! Cheap synthetic material. Sent item back for refund, had to pay for return shipping and 2 weeks later still no refund or response. Phone calls
ring and disconnect.

ATTENTION Pending orders since COVID

Their customer service is in terrible need of attention if they want to redeem their global customers. As a customer from Canada, I purchased one dress and one abaya, costing me $108, in June 2020. I emailed them three times over several months and received only one reply that year, with them using COVID-19 as an excuse for not shipping the items. I don’t usually go out of my way to complain, but this treatment is appalling, especially for a company claiming to be authentic, Muslim and ethical. No efforts were made to respond via Instagram, and my comments were deleted within minutes. I have been reaching out to them periodically since then, and one email should have been more than enough, yet I received no reply at all. It’s now Sept 2024, and I have never forgotten this treatment. Seeing them have this many followers on Instagram is egregious, I must say.

Not received every item - paid full taxes

I ordered 6 items, got just 5 and was fully charged 30 € taxes here in Germany.
The quality of the dress is 100 % polyester what wasnt written in the descripion and looks very cheap and pale and the sleeves are too short for a modest dress.

Fraud website

Fraud website. I put an order for 150 dollars. They charged my credit and never sent an order number. I had only a confirmation number. I contacted them to correct my email without any response. I emailed them, called, sent a message, sent what’s app and contacted them on their website without any response.
I will dispute the charges if I do not hear from them by Monday.
It is a SCAM.
DO NOT BUY From any of ANNA HARIRI online stores.

I order a dress and an abaya and I received damaged clothes. The quality of the fabric was horrendous. I tried returning it however they said I have to pay a fee of 350 dhs???? I tried contacting her and she isn’t responding. The service is absolutely terrible! I don’t recommend ordering from them at all. Biggest mistake.

I ordered 5 dresses on April 9, 2020, and I still haven't received them. They kept using the excuse of COVID-19 and that the dresses were handmade, etc., but now several years have passed. I don't think I will ever get them, and it still makes me upset when I think about it.
