FRAUD—- I’m still waiting for dresses I ordered…

I’m still waiting for dresses I ordered almost a month ago. There’s a shipping label created 2 weeks ago with no dresses ever sent. They claim they are having production issues and when I emailed back for another status update, they did not answer. I heard previously this company was fraud but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Guess I was wrong. Will be calling bank to dispute charges. Don’t order from them. Waste of time.

Lacking in customer service

So, I’ve ordered from this company many times prior and have gotten my orders, (even if it took a long time). I loved the quality of their clothes and the fitting is perfect.

HOWEVER, I ordered recently in December 2024. And just like other reviews recently, I had a shipping notification that stated label generated in Egypt. It had been over a month now and no update on shipping, no one answers the whatsapp customer service number, or the info@annahariri email address.
I won’t be ordering from them again, which breaks my heart as I loved their pieces. But lately their customer service is lacking.

Never received items ordered in December 2024

Ordered in December 2024. Today 21 Jan 2025, no news of delivery what so ever. This is such a sad thing to happen and to know so many other reviews of similar plight. This will also make future online purchases across the globe be the last option.

Based on the quality of an item I was…

Based on the quality of an item I was given as a present from a family member, I made not only one order, I actually made 3 orders with more than 10 items in total! I put trust in the company that one of my orders were to be shipped to Malaysia!! Placed the order a month ago. Sent couple of emails to the company regarding the late delivery. I got an answer stating it is taken care of and will be delivered soon.
Reading the reviews is quite stressful. I hope I can get my order soon!

It's been a month and nothing has come; no answers, no responses to my queries

I ordered 3 dresses and it's been more than a month and nothing has come. I have emailed the company, sent messages on WhatsApp and called their number. Nothing — no answers in each case. Their phone just rings and rings and finally hangs up. I tried tracking it on their shipping company — it says it originated in Egypt and that "Shipper generated a new shipment label, but the shipment has not been handed over to Aramex, yet. Shipment will be updated once collected from shipper and received in Aramex offices." Now I see all these terrible reviews everywhere online; it looks like I, too, fell for a scam.

Worst company and terrible customer service

Firstly, I’m not someone who typically writes reviews, unless I’ve had either an excellent or an awful experience. Unfortunately, this experience has been the worst and most frustrating I’ve ever had with a company. I’ve never been so disappointed with both a company and their customer service team.

I placed an order on December 3rd for an upcoming trip. As always, I carefully checked the shipping and return policy to avoid any issues, especially for a time-sensitive order. The company claims delivery within 3-7 days, and after 7 days, the item should be out for delivery. They also offer a 14-day return window, which was fine. Since I was traveling at the end of December, I thought there would be enough time to receive the item before my trip. However, after waiting two weeks, I had to reach out multiple times for updates. Each time, I was given excuses and false promises.

Finally, after 21 days, the item was shipped. I informed them that I would be out of the country and wouldn't be able to sign for the package. I also requested that the order be canceled before it was shipped, but I was told it would "cost more to cancel"—a flimsy excuse. Now, they’re saying I need to deal with the shipping company to see if they can hold the package for me, as if it’s my responsibility.

Their poor planning and dreadful customer service have left me with a very sour taste. To make matters worse, they told me the item had shipped, but the tracking didn’t update, and it turned out the package didn’t even ship until two days later. Every response from them was a lie.

This company deceives customers and seems focused solely on taking people’s money. I will be relieved when this company is no longer in business.

Safe yourself the stress and run away from this company.

Trustpilot needs to offer a "less than one star" option...
I have been there customer for years, and yes they had terrible issues during Covid, but my God! The dresses were beautiful and modest like no other, and I reTrustpilot needs to offer a "less than one star" option...
I have been there customer for years, and yes they had terrible issues during Covid, but my God! The dresses were beautiful and modest like no other, and I received many compliments.

So 1 year later, I placed more orders. All of them arrived on-time each time.

Now I placed an order in early Dec, and it hasn't shipped yet!
Not a word of apology.
Not a single response to my multiple emails.
No updates.
Just a tracking number that says it has not been shipped yet!

I made my order in October 2019. I’ve tried contacting them as I did not receive my order. They said it was because of Covid in 2020 and restrictions. I’ve lost my money. My order no. US95476.
They are big time scammers. Comments are blocked on their instagram page- this is what scammers do.

Disappointed

It pains me to write this because it concerns a Muslim woman, but I want to warn you - do not give your money to ANNAH Hariri. It's one thing if they use bad materials and what you get doesn't look like what you see on the website, but it's terrible that people are being deceived by dresses in the wrong sizes with labels of other sizes on them. Paying over $300 and not getting a single thing right because of terribly poor quality materials, over-stitched labels on the wrong sizes... I have no words. Deep, deep devastation.

In 2023 I made my first order

In 2023 I made my first order , 2 dresses , they were perfect , and needed only mild alterations, this year ,namely September, I made my second order for 3 dresses thinking that the quality will be the same ,,,, well one dress passed , the other 2 were horrible, such a cheap quality, wrong size , one is was too small, the other way to big , and all of the 3 had a tag of size 8 , how can you do that to your customers who are paying you money ? I decided no more and will back up Australian shops , nothing from overseas anymore.

What else to write
After reading reviews from other sisters, I am amazed what to write
As I have similar complaint. Out of 4 dress one was missing. No refund yet. 3 months have been passed. All other 3 sizes were wrong. I've returned them to usa whereas received from Cairo. It added more cost of delivery. They didn't receive the shipment there and all these 3 dresses are also lost.
I dnt believe how come this brand exist and how much scamm they will do. Everything they will leave in this world and at the end.

website picture and real outfits are different

I ordered two outfits and got them within the time frame, but I am so disappointed with the material and finish of the product. Last year I ordered for the first time, and it was perfect in terms of delivery and quality of the product. This year I decided to buy again in September, the material was ok, but there was a sizing issue, and one of the products had some stains, so I received a discount. The second order I place in November and received on time but its a totally different look on the website and what I received. I can't find an option to attach the picture here.

Bad service and operations

I placed an order in September for 2 dresses. As usual since they moved the warehouse to Cairo it took 3 weeks before it was finally shipped (which is abysmal service already).
When it finally arrived it was only 1 dress. Their customer support told me they'd look into it. I received a tracking number that hasn't shown any update since October 22, all they did was create a new label but nothing was actually shipped. Now that I ask for a refund I don't get any response!!
I really love the dresses and they are good quality but this is the second time this has happened. So now I'm really done, they lost a loyal customer.

I’m the loyal customer since 2019

I’m the loyal customer since 2019, my issues was only about late delivery. Unfortunately, since Annah Hariri expanded their business to China, their dress quality become poor and looks very cheap material and very bad stitching. Recently, me and my friend order 5 dresses and arrived ontime, but the size is smaller that it used to be in the past, the fabrics are soo thin and look very cheap, poor fitting and stitching as well. No wonder, their reduce their price with more new arrivals which looks good in the pictures, but I guess the quality will below annah hariri standard quality in the past. I’m very disappointed with my order, and will not order anymore! We are ok with your price a bit expensive but high quality, not poor and cheap quality.

I placed orders for the first time on October 30, 2024. I should have made a better judgement before placing their order. There are multiple negative reviews online, multiple Facebook group and reddit posts about how this brand has scammed people. After putting my order, they asked for customs tax which I found weird. I paid it. Now they are asking to see my passport or photo ID. I'm not willing to share that with him. I have placed multiple orders through other companies where goods were shipped from other countries but I have never encountered this. The language they use in their email is pretty harsh. I guess I'll never get my shipments

Beware! I wish I’ve read the reviews before…

I wish I’ve read the reviews before ordering. I bought 2 dresses, and items received by DHL. Both dresses need alterations as they are dragging on the floor and I’m 167cm tall. The lining is short and the dress was see through. The sleeves are short and it sets weird around the chest area. They sent a belt that is 3x bigger than the waist size of us6 that dropped off my waist. Very disappointed. No quality control!. The dresses are too expensive to what they are, the fabric is mediocre quality. The return cost is AUD54 for both dresses to the US from Sydney, and they don’t cover that. I thought I’m buying a designer dresses, and end up with this. Don’t buy!
