We ordered my daughter’s prom dress months ago. Originally they said we would receive it in plenty of time. Well, prom is 2 weeks away and they haven’t even shipped it. They have lied to me several times about shipping it. I emailed them and all she said was it will be here by the 25th. Her prom is the 27th… what if it doesn’t fit? We don’t have time to have it altered nor find another dress. I would never order from here again.
I bought what was supposed to be an authentic Pronovias Mildred wedding dress from this seller. That was my worst mistake. Having tried the actual dress on in a bridal boutique prior to buying from them, it was obvious the dress received was a fake. The tulle was cheap, design details weren’t the same, and the dress tag I saw on actual Pronovias dresses (after I purchased the dress), was subtly different. They post stock photos, as well as their own photos of the dress on a mannequin, but looking back the quality was poor and details weren’t as clear until it was in hand. I’ve learned I big lesson about shopping online. There was no real address, only a PO Box, no phone number, and a free and general email address domain. They refunded my money, but I waited to get my money back before I blasted them about their fraudulence. An actual address was posted on another website, ironically one that is meant to minimize scammers, but I noticed all the info was erased a couple of days ago. My guess is they could smell a complaint coming. They denied selling counterfeits, of course, and used the excuse that it was an older model dress, but I know what was tried on and I know what I received-two completely different products. STAY AWAY!
