If there was a 0 that would be my rating. Website has no contact info, I cancelled my subscription and they sent another out and charged my account. No customer service reply. Never do business with this company!!!
Company "migrated" websites earlier this year (2025) and since then it's been an absolute horror show. My subscription is halfway complete, so I'm left with a half-finished kit (useless), and I never received any follow-up communication on how to resume my subscription. My account information says I have no active subscription, YET my credit card has been charged. I looked through my Order History and there is no information documenting or justifying the charge - no updates whatsoever about the status of my order, shipment, etc. After being given a runaround of delayed copy-and-paste emails and bots for months, I finally got around to speaking with a real person (outsourced), but SURPRISE! They are also absolutely useless. Had the audacity to tell me my kit subscription is active, when it says I have no active subscriptions on my Account. Told me her supervisor would call, but no phone call. I will continue calling everyday just to give this "company" hell. Avoid at all costs. About to submit a fraud charge through my bank, and looking at the possibility of a class action lawsuit since others seem to be having similar issues.
I had a monthly subscription going on in beginning of 2025. received up until April and now it is October. I have not received anything in 6 months! Customer service has been very rude and just blowing me off. I can go online and order a new subscription but I can't continue my current one. I was only 3 weeks away from ending complete with my project.
The company is "updating for a better user experience" I cannot begin to express my disappointment enough. I have had customer service representatives being rude, each customer service representative has told me different things all the time. The only consistent answer I have heard multiple times is it will fix next week. I try to log on and I get a screen telling me that "connection refused" I'm not sure what that means but the customer service representative told me that the issue is on my end. It is not I have absolutely no problem with any other site. The last straw was when I got billed on my credit card for books that I can't get to. If I could have been able to give a rating lower than 0 I would have. A company that has been around this long should have been more prepared than this. I started having issues the day the "updates" began in February.
