I emailed on several occasions asking why my premium had doubled, and that I would cancel if no satisfactory reason were given. To date I have had no response and they have taken the double premium anyway.
Will definitely cancel next time even if they are cheaper.

Massive increase in premium
They increased my insurance by around 40% at renewal. When I also mentioned I had very minor high blood pressure they almost wanted to double that premium. I checked with other Insurers who did not increase the premium for this. Felt like the person on the phone was reading from a script.

Cancelled my policy and they confirmed it was cancelled then then sent me a new policy and took the money out of my account 😡

Poor customer service
It took 10 phone calls to finally speak to someone in order to change my credit card details. 7 calls were cut off after about 15 mins on hold, 2 were cut off immediately after being answered. First request for a call back ignored.
Finally on 10th attempt I did get a call back.
Poor customer service.
