I bought a dress from them back in early May. I’ve sent them 3 emails since then, tried calling the number they have listed up on their website, and even tried texting and calling their WhatsApp number. No responses from anything. I bought a made-to-order dress and I understood and agreed to the estimated shipment date which was I think June 1st. It’s June 9 now and I still don’t have any updates. My prom is a week away and I don’t know what to do. I even included priority processing and express shipping in my purchase but I feel like even that isn’t enough to make it arrive on time. I would at least feel a little better if they had replied to any one of the emails or calls I sent them but it was all ignored.

STAY AWAY.. THEY ARE TERRIBLE
The dress hasn't come, purchased in January its now June. (Well past estimated shipping date)
The contact number is disconnected and the Whatsapp chat get ignored or there is no follow up. Emails are ignored.
Even tried contacting them though PayPal.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a dress two months ago, and it still hasn't arrived, even though it should have a long time ago. I have tried e-mailing them several times, but they haven't even replied to ONE of them. I have tried calling, but even in the time frame they should be open, their phone is always disconnected. I have even tried whatsapping them, but that hasn't worked out as well, OBVIOUSLY. My graduation is in DAYS and i have spent 315 euros and still don't have a dress. Sounds like a scam to me. Thankfully, I have gotten in contact with a legal team just today.

Would never buy from this company again. Ordered a beaded dress and the stitching quality was so bad I had a few beads fall off as I gently pulled the item out of the bag. More beads fell off as I tried it on. It fit fine but terrible quality. I asked for a refund but they refused and only offered store credit.

Click to another website if you ever land here. I ordered a gown, was all wrong. They were great and returned with a credit. Anything I liked on the website is always sold out. So just as the 1 year was about to expire, I ordered 2 dresses. They looked great on the website. Both size M. One was way too big, one way too small and both completely see through. Don’t bother with this business as they only offer credit and as products are terrible, you end up with nothing.

WOW the dresses are beautiful, my daughters love them. What exceptionally outstanding was the customer service, contact and kept up to date. We needed the dresses urgently and Tiarna was absolutely AMAZING she went above and beyond to help me and we got our dresses. Thank you to all that helped make this possible

I got the dress within a couple of days despite the estimated date being a month! The dress fit perfectly, looked exactly as the online photo and I am beyond satisfied!

The dress is absolutely gorgeous,it’s compliments my body so well I look gorgeous,the only thing is the dress sequence come off really easily like extremely easy

Update; management have now said they will offer me a pathetic $50 refund for the faulty dress.

I ordered the Ciara gown and customised it with the same back of the Sabrina gown. The dress that arrived was cheaply made. Had extremely bad cut fabric that was uneven and sticking out. The sequins were all sticking out and scratching your skin. But that wasn’t even the worse part. The ENITRE neckline/bodice AND the back were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! The customer service team tried to offer me $50 in compensation. The dress isn’t even wearable. The neckline is no where like the one I ordered. The pattern of the fabric looks is COMPLETELY different, which I was told is due to different fabric placement?! You can’t advertise a dress with certain fabric placement and then sell something entirely different without letting the customer know! The straps are awkwardly placed so the dress sticks on the sides. Keep in mind I was a DD breast size and I ordered a SMALL which should fit snugly but my breasts were falling out because of how badly positioned they were made. The fabric on the side of the dress looks like it were cut and sewn by a toddler. I am extremely upset as I paid $580 for this dress (custom back and also a custom length train) and now I can’t even wear it. I have tried emailing A&N with no response and their WhatsApp team isn’t helpful at all. It is under the consumer law that they can’t refuse a refund with a faulty product and this dress is faulty! I want to send it back and I want my money back! I can’t believe I’m just being ignored. Unacceptable. Buyers beware.

You all put a rush on my dress, but you literally did not rush, i absolutely love my dress! The material is fabulous and it pulls everything together ❤️

Excellent quality dress, exactly as custom ordered. Fits perfectly except for a little issue at the top because of my body shape. The item was made to order, shipped, and delivered much faster than originally quoted. Came in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with my wedding dress!

Absolutely in LOVE with my wedding dress. I picked it off the website and in the meantime it was discontinued. I contacted the team as I hadn’t found anything similar anywhere, they were able to have it made, I gave them my measurements and when it arrived it fits so well! It’s STUNNING and the quality of the dress is just amazing.

This place is a complete joke. Customer service is atrocious and the communication via WhatsApp as well as email is so disorganized good luck getting to anyone who knows what they’re doing. It took 2 months to even confirm the “style” size etc of the gown. I moved and tell them I need to update my address - which is fully confirmed. They ship the gown to the old address after I explicitly confirmed and told them I will NOT live there. Shipping from Australia I even paid insurance on: just for them to confirm my new address and still send it to the wrong address. This nightmare continues because now: DHL confirms it was delivered (no signature) to the wrong address and I never got what I paid for. So after this horror story: they won’t refund my money saying that it’s impossible since it was delivered TO THE WRONG ADDRESS and that’s on me and not thier fault. I have conversations and proof of all of this. I’m so disappointed disgusted plus I have nothing to wear after spending $800 on a gown. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE you’ll never get what you ordered and they won’t refund you.

Came super fast, the material is good and it isn’t see through. Only problem is I got a Small and should’ve gotten an XS. But i love it and it’s gorgeous!!!

The whole experience was easy and quick. They helped me figure out my size and how to order the dress I wanted because it wasn't on their website anymore. It only took about a month from placing my order to receiving it in the states!

The custom dress and color exceeds my expectations! I was nervous to purchase a such an important dress without trying it on, but it’s perfect! The customer service agents were quick to respond and suggested the proper size. I will definitely order again.

I had an amazing experience. I ordered a custom dress and the team helped me with the fabric and size based on my measurements. The dress arrived way earlier than expected and it fit like a glove. The quality is outstanding as well.
