Fit terrible either way too big or too short

I had a great experience with this brand’s customer support team.

Although the trousers I ordered weren’t quite right for me due to the material, the support team was very understanding and responsive when I reached out. I also encountered an issue with the returns portal not offering shipping options for my address in Romania, but they handled the situation professionally and worked with me to find a fair solution.

In the end, they approved a 50% refund without requiring the item to be returned, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and are willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues.

Overall, a very positive customer service experience.

The jeans that i bought arrived in 5 days, and im generally really happy with them. Ive been looking for well fitting bootcut jeans for a while now.

Amazing quality. Feels so good to wear. nice, thick, and stretchy material hugs me perfectly. The fit on me is just how I imagined it and 100x better in person. My favorite Henley. Need them in all color's, and the only one I will be purchasing from now on :)

Very good fabric and I love the items - sizing is true - but consider going down half a size in pants when doing size measuring. However it’s a shame they don’t stock up when an item is out of stuck - in my exchange, the size I wanted got out of stuck and now I can’t purchase it. Ever. Because it may never get back in stock… a shame, because if in stock, I wouldn’t hesitate buying. And in the future I think it’s clever to focus on the core items - not just Henleys.

Great Quality as always! Shipping took a bit longer than normal, due to the local shipping agent. But clothes fit perfectly.

Super good quality

I purchased two pairs of wide leg jeans from this brand. Although I bought them at a discounted price, my review is based on their retail value of €160 per pair (€320 total). I am well aware that an emerging brand has different costs compared to fast fashion giants, but at this price point, I expect a level of quality that simply wasn't there.
The main issues:
Cheap Materials: To my surprise, the jeans feature a plastic button. It is honestly unacceptable for a garment positioned at €160 to use such cheap components, especially when a standard pair of jeans from Zara (costing €40) comes with metal hardware. This lack of attention to detail is very disappointing for a brand at this level.
The overall construction doesn't justify the retail price. It feels like a product where the focus was on the brand image rather than the manufacturing quality and durability of the materials.
Furthermore, the delivery arrived 3 days later than the date promised at checkout.
In conclusion, design isn't enough to justify such a high price tag if the basic components like hardware are low-quality. I expected much more.

Already left my experience but little time passed by i have to tell yet another time that the Product are on a really high standard and i love it.
The material feels so good on your skin and it just feels premium.
Besides my order i chatted with Tim and Joan, i have to tell these guys are amazing not the usual costumer service experience.

Despite a minor issue with the delivery of my parcel, the Anovair team responded quickly and resolved the problem promptly. I ordered the Harrington jacket in size S. I am 1.79 metres tall and it fits perfectly.

Disappointing experience with Anovair.

Delivery took 11 days because the jacket was shipped directly from China, which wasn’t clear to me at the point of purchase. When it arrived, the composition, weight, and overall quality felt seriously poor for the price and not as advertised/expected.

I returned the item, but the return shipping was expensive and I still haven’t received my refund.

The brand has a good concept/identity, but the execution falls well short. Based on my experience, I would avoid purchasing from this brand.
