Disappointing Experience - Avoid
Disappointing experience with Anovair.
Delivery took 11 days because the jacket was shipped directly from China, which wasn’t clear to me at the point of purchase. When it arrived, the composition, weight, and overall quality felt seriously poor for the price and not as advertised/expected.
I returned the item, but the return shipping was expensive and I still haven’t received my refund.
The brand has a good concept/identity, but the execution falls well short. Based on my experience, I would avoid purchasing from this brand.

Regarding delivery, we agree that 11 days was longer than acceptable. This delay was caused by exceptional order volumes during our Black Friday period and is not representative of our usual shipping times. While we should have communicated this more clearly, it was unrelated to the other points raised, and deliveries to your region generally take slightly longer during peak times.
Lastly, your return was delivered to our return centre in Belgium on December 23rd and was processed and refunded on December 25th, which is within our normal processing timeframe. As a gesture of goodwill, we also refunded your return shipping costs, so the experience was ultimately fully cost-free for you.
Once again, our apologies, and we hope this resolves the situation.

I had a very positive experience overall. The clothes fit well and the quality is truly great. The materials feel well made, and everything looks exactly as expected.
There was a slightly longer waiting time for my delivery specifically, but it was definitely worth it in the end. During the wait, the customer support team was always available and very helpful in answering my questions.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this company to others.

So much potential
I ordered the slim-fit cardigan, and if I were rating the garment alone, it would be a full five stars. However, several major issues held the overall experience back.
First, the size-recommendation tool was highly inaccurate, which meant I had to exchange the item.
While the exchange itself wasn’t a big problem, the return/exchange was very expensive, making the purchase feel even costlier due to the incorrect size suggestion. Additionally, the delivery time was much longer than expected.

However, we’d like to clarify a few points: Anovair is absolutely not a dropshipping website. All of our products are original in-house designs, professionally manufactured and exclusively available through our website. This misunderstanding may have arisen due to the shipping delay, but the quality and Anovair branding on the item alone should make it clear that it has nothing to do with dropshipping.
That said, we have checked your order and see that you placed it on 21 November and the package arrived on 29 November. We do agree that an 8-day delivery time is longer than usual, and this may have been affected by the high volume during our Black Friday week, including the three weekend days in between. This is not our standard shipping time.
Because of the shipping delay, we have refunded your shipping costs of £5.95 as a gesture of goodwill to make this right. You should have received a confirmation of this refund.

I got their Harrington Jacket and Pleated Wool Trouser and my honest opinion is I was extremely impressed. The quality was great, the pleated pants were thicker and more durable than I anticipated. They also drape very nicely. The attention to detail on the wool jacket stood out to me. The buttons on the neck line, wrist cuffs, and on the back is such a nice touch. Little things like that make a simple jacket stand out. I also really enjoyed the fit of the jacket. Overall, based on the two products I got, I recommend the brand!
