Efficient, Affordable must have!

These guys are great.

As a 24/7 family plumbing business we would lose many new enquiries if it wasn't for AnswerConnect. They answer professionally and swiftly text the engineers the callers details. Highly recommend.

Great service

Having used other call handling companies with various degrees of poor service, I have found Answerconnect to be very professional and work hard to provide high service levels in the 8 months we have used them so far.

Great Service

Used their service for 3 months which helped massively while I was abroad. Very professional, efficient and had a great offer on at the time. Would definitely recommend, and happy to use again in future.

Great Service, all calls answered.

Friendly, efficient and helpful

After a call center we were using disappeared overnight we needed to get a new solution in place. AnswerConnect enabled us to be back up and running very quickly and the whole process went very smoothly.

I would definitely recommend without hesitation

As a domiciliary care provider we found AnswerConnect to be an excellent service for us. It is very simple to setup and use. It is good to know that our clients always hear a professional person on the end of the line and not a recorded message. The support staff are extremely responsive when any changes are requested. Emails are responded to extremely promptly. Account staff are easy to contact and personable. I would definitely recommend AnswerConnect without hesitation. One of the few services that really is as easy and flexible as it says it is.

Worth it!

We trialled AnswerConnect to handle our out of hours support calls. We needed someone to answer, collect some critical information, then transfer calls to one of our engineers, following a specific escalation order.
AnswerConnect delivered this and more.
They did it quickly, easily, and gave us full control over any future changes to the service.
The service has definitely been worth it!

Fantastic service

Invaluable smart service

We have used answer services before but Answer Connect are another level.
Quick to answer every time (unlike some), friendly and efficient to the end. The cherry on the top for us was call transfer back to our staff if required meaning the service felt like an extension to our business, not just a 3rd party call answer service!
Highly recommended 🙂

Brilliant service!

This company saved us from our antiquated phone system

Andy and his team were always on hand to resolve issues and make changes to our arrangement. They even call to tell you when you are not using the service enough for the plan you are on and encourage you to go down to a cheaper option. Roll over minutes are a thing too. Good valu, great service if and when you need such a thing.

Due to an increase in business

Due to an increase in business, we looked into AnswerConnect taking our overflow calls as one of our suppliers uses this service and we were impressed. Its more personal speaking to a someone on the end of the phone.

Very easy to deal with and the support team are very quick to assist.

Our account manager is always available.

100% recommend this service.

Excellent service!

I have been using answer connect services for my my estate agency for the last few months. The staff are very polite and professional.
We have not missed any business from missed calls. I would recommend this company all day long.

So far we have had a great experience

So far we have had a great experience. When we joined they really took the time to understand what we needed and to make sure their system was built correctly to cope. We have been with them for 3 months so far and no complaints yet.
