Horrendous service.
My son ordered a gaming chair and desk at a hugely discounted promotional price on the 1st July.
Its now 7th November and we still have not received it.
The first excuse was that it had been shipped and was delayed because of covid. We then received a cheap crappy mobile phone holder after having to pay £12 customs fee which i paid thinking it was the desk and chair arriving.
They said I could receive a 50% refund and pay for the mobile phone holder or send the phone holder back and i would get a full refund or send the phone holder back and they would resend correct items.
I still have no refund or product. Total scam.

Absolute scammers. Like many before me, my teenage son was lured into buying a gaming desk which never arrived, along with months of fake tracking and 'I sorry I do not understand' emails. NEVER buy anything from these liars and fakes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It's a massive scam. They target kids on apps like TickTock with their cheap gaming equipment... product NEVER arrived. Emailed after two weeks to ask for refund as realised the site was a scam (my son ordered when he was not with me) They just send you made up tracking info. Luckily my bank refunded my son's money after I called them yesterday. The people running this site are vile.

I ordered a gaming desk. I waited 60 days for it to arrive and all I received was a magnifying glass. Total scam! Do not waist your money on this site!

After 45 days, my sons “gaming desk” has finally arrived. And after seeing numerous people’s reviews steadily being posted I wasn’t holding out much hope. We are now the proud owners of a phone holder. Absolute scam, do not buy anything from this company ever! And they will not refund

My son didn't even get a piece of equipment for a desk,tablet or cell phone. He got a baby onsie...yes thats right..infant clothing..I wish I could post a picture

SCAM i ordered a Z shaped desk and a gaming chair and i received a wood phone stuff and never got my stuff not even a refound

****Shoppers beware**** This company is a complete scam!!! I ordered a gaming chair and a "Z" shape desk over 6 weeks ago and after multiple emails asking where my products was we finally received a package, but it was a cheap desk cell phone holder which is not what I ordered. After emailing the company and letting them know that I received the wrong item they said it was a warehouse mistake and they would refund us 35% of our total purchase price or we could send it back to China and they would refund the full amount. I don't know if you all know that cost to ship 1 item to China but I do because I am a shipping manager and I can tell you that you would pay more in that 1 shipment to buy 100 cell phone holders from Walmart. I have yet got a refund, let alone a full refund, so I made a dispute with my credit card to try and get my money back.

So far it's true to being a scam, though they are willing to send me the right product, I simply told them I wanted the items I paid for and they say they are getting tracking info to me soon, they also seem to reply by the next day.

Update: they seem to have sent me the "correct" Items after constantly asking about getting the right items instead, I have a tracking number this time its seems to be coming from Australia shipping

I too got ripped off. I ordered a Z-Shaped PC Game Table 6 weeks go as part of a "Flash Sale". ($19.99 for a $199.00 item. Suspected a scam but worth $20 to find out.) After three weeks I sent an e-mail to the customer service office and was told shipping delays due to COVID-19. Today I received a "Laptop Cooling Stand from Remax. ($2 piece of plastic). Just now I received an e-mail from them saying did not properly check out when ordering and my item was still in my shopping basket. (Yet I have a customer order number UPF27460). Didn't get me this time !!!

Yep they are a full scam. Sad and once I emailed then for a refund they will only give me one after I send back the cheap phone holder back. Let's be real like they are going to even say they reserved it I'll just end up scammed again.

So anoyyed and I knew better then to trust an add on tiktok but at least I wasn't silly enough to give them my CC info.

My son ordered a computer desk via the app TikTok! Turns out it’s a scam was ordered 2 months ago and what turns up today is a $2 phone holder for your desk! Ripped off big time! Not happy!

Waited 7 weeks for a z-shaped desk, only to receive a Pressed cardboard impact cover for a tablet, then they offer me 30% refund on total order if I keep the item. Btw, local discount shop sells them for $1.50.
Blames the courier for mis labelling the item, but offers to resend the item, but that means the cutoff date for a claim with PayPal will pass, and no guarantee of the correct item.
Massive scam on the hopes people won’t follow up, or give up due to global issues. Seems to be a predictably consistent pattern given other reviews.

They got to customs yesterday

Ha took 2 months to get here and its not even a desk its a fing desk support for a phone or monitor. I ordered a gaming desk not this junk. Don't buy from these jack offs!

Something came to Serbia. Currently located in postal warehouse in my town. I still hope it will be the real desk, like they advertise, and not the piece of rock or some planks.
If I receive the desk, then you guys realy scare me. I never had a problem with anything I ordered online, except size of some clothes, but that is my fault.
I will need to apologies to the Antelopen staff, cause my last couple of e-mails to them were not that polite.

I can't wait for this to be published so I can write another one. So yeahhh, it's confirmed. This BS company is sending you goods, but not what you ordered. So today, I received "Mobile phone screen amplifier". Hahahah, do not order anything from them. I hope there is smart people who first read and investigate, and off course who do not believe in this "too good too be true" advertise.
