Order came and it was not at all what I ordered. Was meant to be cotton was polyester. Everything was wrong about it. Reached out for a refund almost 10 days ago now with no response. This is a scam website do not use.

Order arrived late and I haven't received a response to my email requesting a return despite chasing.

Scam company. Ordered 2 dresses totalling £108. 18 days for delivery and dresses are extremely poor quality (not as pictured). Impossible to contact the company for a return and so have not been able to do so despite 4 emails to them to request a return. I have filed complaint with Trading Standards via Citizens Advice.

The dresses do arrive but they aren’t good quality and customer service team does not reply to you. This website is definitely a scam

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Awful quality of dresses considering the price tag. Colour different to the what the website shows. Delivery took ages. Attempted to contact them as there were no return instructions (simply to email to start a return) and I haven’t heard back for weeks. Multiple attempts to contact them via their website and email but still haven’t received a reply. Complete scam and a waste of £150.

Ordered a dress for my baby shower it took over 3 weeks to come so missed the event. I wanted to return the product straight away to get my money back, I followed the steps to do the return but they never replied to any of my emails to do the return.

0 stars and a complete scam of a company. Website advertises 4.7 stars on over 1000 reviews but you cannot actually leave you a review on the website. Ordered 3 baby shower dresses that were nothing like the pictures. Fabric was awful and had a foul odor. Emailed over 7 times trying to return with no response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I brought multiple dresses to try on for a wedding in which I was the guest. I wanted to return some dresses, as obviously I can’t wear all of them, and I have sent multiple emails asking to sort a return. I have received one email back telling me how to create a return, I followed the instructions and have heard nothing back. This has been going on for months now and nothing!

Terrible service, dresses aren’t worth it. Avoid this company!

Dress was £70 in the sale, says it’s a london based company but dress came from China and took weeks. Quality is poor and looks nothing like the images advertised. When contacted for a refund they ignore you. Have emailed 5 times and had nothing back about how to return. Clearly a scam website.

I had no confirmation email with the large amount of money coming out of my bank for the item still and then the dress arrived after 5 weeks to it looking like it was off shein such a cheap dress that looks nothing like the pictures and because I had no confirmation email despite emailing them 5 times o can’t create a return to send the dress back and get a refund. SO frustrating!!!!

The delivery is long and when you want to return they do not send you a return address. I would not order from this company

On 7 July 2026, I placed an order on your website, and my bank account was charged £128.47. However, I have not received any order confirmation email, shipping confirmation, or any information regarding my purchase.

After reading several online reviews, I am becoming concerned that this may be a scam, as many customers report that they never receive a response to their emails or their orders.

I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this issue. Please confirm whether my order exists and provide an update as soon as possible. If you are unable to do so, I will have to contact my bank to dispute the transaction.

Have been trying to email for days to arrange a return absolutely no correspondence back apparently they have an easy returns process!

The quality of the clothes is shocking for what you pay for them! I can’t even compare them to shein clothes because they’re far worse and itchy material! I ordered for my baby shower and every single dress is terrible and now they’re not responding to any emails to arrange a return what a joke avoid at all costs

Awful quality clothes not like pictures that take a long time to arrive shipped from china.
When trying to return the process is to email them which I did several times and no reply. So they essentially sell you goods not fit for purpose then refuse to correspond with you for a refund! Avoid at all costs absolutely scam.

First of all the dress is nothing like the one advertised, second of all the company want to ignore emails about returning the item and for some strange reason the only way you can return the item is if they send you the return form via email. Yet they don’t reply.

Do not trust this company - they were very responsive ahead of me ordering, but now I want to submit a return they are ignoring me. They don't adhere to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I'm having to speak to my credit card company to process this, and citizens advice. Fraudulent and untrustworthy company

I will never be ordering from this website again. Ordered a maternity dress for a wedding I had coming up. Firstly, the dress took around 2 weeks to come. The dress didn’t suit so I requested a refund. I was told on 22/06/26 my refund request had been accepted, I didn’t need to return the item and that my refund would be processed and refunded back to the original payment method within 5-10 business working days. This was nearly 3 weeks ago. I have yet to receive my refund. On 04/07/25 and 07/07/26 I sent emails asking why it was taking so long for the refund to be issued given it has now gone way past the time frame. I’ve heard absolutely nothing back from them. I’ve sent another email this morning urging for this issue to be dealt with. It is almost as if they have took my money and ran. An extremely poor customer service. I understand businesses can be busy and have multiple inquiries to deal with, however almost 3 weeks of no communication is appalling on their end as well as no sign of any refund. I have requested in today’s email to them for it to be taken to a higher authority and stated I will be making further customers aware of how bad of a service this is. Please avoid!

Dress took ages to arrive. Originally ordered it for my babyshower but did not arrive on time.

Thought was fine as I didn't even open it I can just return it. haha - i thought wrong.

I requested a refund for both items that I ordered for my baby shower as they were way too small and not the quality I was expecting. I had to chase a response for this. After chasing, I received a response to say that my refund had been accepted and payment would be in my account with 5-10 business days. I waited the full 10 days and did not receive payment. I have chased payment twice since by email and have received no response back. They still have my money and feel I am being ignored. Extremely disappointing, particularly as a new mum who has a lot of new expenses. I am unsure what more I can do at this stage

Dress took about 4 weeks to arrive and when it did was made of cheap fabric that was not a colour match for what was advertised. It was so ill fitting and I wanted to return it. I emailed and was told my return request was being processed and return info would be sent to me. That was 20th June and I am still waiting. Horrible company, experience and dress do not use them!!!!! I ended up with a dress from Club L London and it was beautifully made l, comfortable and was a dream to wear.
