So, after purchasing an S Cross from this garage I thought it only fair to leave a review in relation to my dealings with them to allow others to make an informed decision when searching for their next car.
I was looking for a nearly new car with a boot that was capable to taking two large bread dogs and the option of purchasing a garage warranty. Having looked around several dealers in the Hemel Hempstead area and not found anything that matched our “check list” I came across Anthony Betts. Whilst walking around their forecourt I was joined by one of their salesmen, Ifti Khan, who asked me for my requirements in a car.
We walked through several cars and came across an S Cross, 24 months old in a colour I knew my wife would like as it was similar to her old car.
Ifti made it very easy for me to have a test drive there and then which was a big plus. After taking my wife back the same day to view the car we decided to purchase it outright.
As the car still had 12 months manufactures warranty we were also informed that if we purchased a service plan the car would be eligible for their 10 year extended warranty as long as the car was serviced by a main dealer. I have seen that type of warranty is proving more popular as it provides the car with a full manufactures warranty and this also included an MOT when it was required.
Buying the car was made easy in relation to agreeing a collection date and a very small cosmetic issue within the car was sorted straight away and prior to collection.
All in all I found it a stress free experience with no pushy sales staff - just a chap who knew the cars and was there to help the customer. A bonus is that the car does over 50 mpg being a mild hybrid so is a great saving on the last car we had.
I would definitely recommend this garage if you want an honest garage with the back up of a national network.

We went to this garage by chance however the service we received from Robert was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I told him what I was looking for and he helped us to find our perfect car. Test drive is just you not with anyone with you so you can really test the car and check it. On collection everything was smooth the car was immaculate. I couldn't recommend enough no hard sell just really helpful advice and suggestions. Thank you Robert we love our new car!

The company supports me with my annual car service since 2021 and I appreciate their customer care services.
I receive the best treatment and I do not have any complaints.
My MOT is also done by Anthony Betts and so far I have not heard any issues with the car at all.

Very efficient service, had a text reminder that my service was due which is really helpful if you are a forgetful person like me. I pay a monthly service plan so never have to worry about finding that extra cash to have a service.
Customer service was great, very knowledgeable, nothings too much trouble. Car even got a clean nice touch!

The experience was much like the previous visit. After requesting the clocks to be reset to b s time, yet again this was not carried out. I requested this to be done after being given the keys and finding out that the center dash clock had not been changed. Initially this could be done but a more capable person took the car back into the ,workshop and fixed it. Otherwise the service was satisfactory and well cleaned.

This is my third Suziki from Anthony Betts and I would not go anywhere else. Andrew Hobbs could not have been more helpful and informative. I never felt pressured into anything , if I had I would have run in the opposite direction. Andrew answered all my questions in terms i could understand and certainly helped me make the decision which was right for me. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I imagine he must be your top salesperson, if not then he should be. As for the showroom it is always a pleasure to visit and is kept immaculately clean and everyone is always most welcoming.

Our buying experience was the easiest path I have ever experienced. No pressure sell just honest & efficient interactions with Ifti Khan. We bought an electric Corse E and the test drive experience was exemplary, on our own, good opportunity to really drive the car, all unhurried. The pickup arrangements were simple and hassle free, with us handing over the keys for our trade-in. The car was detailed & fully charged. I would highly recommend this dealership as a place to buy if you want a honest and hassle free experience.

A really good experience with Anthony Betts Motor Group from first contact to completion of purchase. Sales Consultant, Ifti Khan listened to our requirements for a ‘used’ vehicle, and with a professional, no-nonsense approach, identified a car that he thought would suit. We are now very happy owners of our new 'used' Suzuki. At no time was there any form of ‘hard-sell’. Throughout, the process of purchasing the car was very efficient. We were offered additional Suzuki warranties and a service plan, all of which were clearly explained and priced fairly, and which we can still purchase. Again, no hard sell but time to consider fully. I should add too that Hemel Hempstead is not on our doorstep, but after a couple of months of looking closer to home for a replacement car within our price range, the exceptional service, together with the surety of buying from an established, approved Suzuki/RAC dealer, was more than worth the 80 mile round trip (and an ideal location for a day out in the Chilterns at the same time).
