Piotr was very helpful. Not at all pushy but informative. Communication post sales was good. Anthony Betts have a good sized car park. Cars not cramped. We were allowed to take on a test drive alone. We will consider them again when we come to change our second car. We did not purchase a Suzuki so can not comment.

I used them for the last 10 years and they are alway willing to help. I won't go anywhere else. Just bough a 2 year old Toyota aygo and I love it.

My husband bought a Suzuki SCross from Anthony Betts in January. He had exceptional service from Ifti who even went into the detail of linking his phone up for him. I bought my previous car from here and have always been impressed with the professionalism and honesty displayed. I was almost tempted away by a different make of car but the service we have both received from here was enough to make me rethink. I now have a Suzuki Vitara which Ifti helped me through the whole process with. Can't speak highly enough of the service here! Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership in Hemel Hempstead.

I supported my aunt in purchasing a car, and throughout the process we were met with inconsistent information and poor treatment. When my cousin and I asked to view a white Bentley on display, we were given multiple conflicting excuses—first that the keys couldn’t be found, then that it was reserved, and then that it was sold and being collected. However, the car was still there later with no indication it was sold.

We were also told the reservation fee for another vehicle would be £99, only to be told on arrival that it was £500. This lack of transparency was frustrating and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, we were assured that the reservation fee would be refunded, only to later be told it would be withheld due to missing documentation—something that was never mentioned beforehand or included in any paperwork.

Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and uncomfortable, and we left feeling that we were not treated fairly. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure everything is clearly documented before making any payments.

I bought a car on Saturday from Andrew. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I had a distance to travel and he was able to answer key questions about the car in advance of my visit, and prepare all documentation. On the day I was able to test drive and there was no 'hard sell' on extras like at some places. Great service and I would thoroughly recommend.

There was a few issues at the time of collection but not all the dealerships fault but over the past few days piotr resolved the issues and i would recommend this company with how quickly they resolved the issues
