Not received a refund
I booked flight to travel to India and meet my son for a week who was working in the forces and had not seen for over a year. I rang 4 times the day before I was due to fly chasing my ticket as I had only received email confirmation. Each time I was told it would be sorted and receive within the hour. As I had an early flight booked the following morning, I was becoming stressed at 7pm that I still had not received my tickets by email. I rang for the 5th time and was asked if I could fly on a different date? They did not seem bothered that I had hotels and transfers booked and my son was also on his way. I was told I did not have a seat on the flight and had to book a different date. This was devastating and my husband had to take over the call. He asked the gentleman on the phone if I would be entitled to a full refund and he replied yes. My husband recorded this and we have as proof. I lost my money for the airport transfer and the 1st 2 nights hotel. Luckily I did book another flight with another company and finally managed to have 4 days instead of 7 with my son. I have sent over 40 emails and only 2 replies, still waiting for a refund!!!!! I have now decided to escalate and take legal action as they do not reply to any messages.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
The reply is untrue. I can't believe you are accusing me as a FAKE! I have now taken legal action and my solicitor has given you until 6th September to reply to me directly. I am still waiting a full refund and compensation for cancelling my flight the night before. This is disgusting and will never recommend your company. I was told by Ria weeks ago you had refunded me but never received anything in my account.

Everything went wrong because of the lies and arrogance of the employees of this agency. I booked the flight through an agent of the agency, who was not qualified to take reservations. The next day another agent called me, saying (I later found out it wasn't true) that one of the two tickets bought (for me and my underage son) had been accepted, the other was on the waiting list, and if I wanted to travel with my son, I would have to pay another £200 per person. I asked to cancel the ticket and they told me that it was not possible (then I found out through the supervisor Nancy, that in fact at the time of the request for the £ 400 the ticket had not yet been issued and could be cancelled, but the agent who called me, categorically refused to cancel the ticket (which had not yet been issued, but that I didn't know, so I was forced to pay £400 more. After paying £400 extra, Rya, who booked lunch and seat on the fly, called me and asked for 5 star feedback. I refused, as I felt robbed in the first place, as they could cancel the ticket, since it had not been issued, (and which unfortunately I had already paid). Sal my refusal to leave a positive fedback, a sequence of phone calls from Nancy and Rya began, insistently asking for positive feedback, otherwise according to Rya, they would have canceled my seats. So not only that, they robbed me, with lies, they also threatened to compromise the reservation. In all this the flight was Cuba Toronto, and they didn't even inform me, that to get on board I would have to apply for an ETA. I also risked staying in Cuba. All they were interested in was the forced ticket sale and positive feedback. selfish to the core of their lives. Be kind with yourself, stay away from this agency

The price confirmed to you was sent via email. As you mentioned, the price dropped a week later; please note that airline prices fluctuate and are beyond our control. Once tickets are issued, we cannot adjust the price or make changes, as these tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
We have even paid extra for your seating and never asked you to pay an extra single penny. And about visa in the beginning of the call we have informed you we are not dealing with visa enquiries and we have informed you to check with the concerned authority.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter. For Further inquiries, you may also check directly with the airline.
