It’s been a long time since I received such professional,efficient service from a travel agency,let alone any service provider in any sector,and this company, represented by the soft spoken,knowledgeable agent,Abraham delivered beyond my expectations. Despite my numerous questions,my mistakes in providing certain details,Abraham remained calm and patient until the end. Constant communication from him eased my anxieties. Well done. Highly recommend.

I never seen in my life a fake travel agency like this. They offer you cheap ticket, but you will never receive any ticket and your money is gone. No where to contact. It's SCAM, DONT FALL OUT THIS SO CALL FLIGHTOWORLD. It's scamming gang.

I paid for a flight 72 hours ago and I have yet to receive my e-ticket. I've checked with the airline and NO booking exists under my name.
​When I reached out for support, instead of providing the ticket, they sent evasive emails asking for a phone call regarding an "offer," refusing to provide the service I already paid for.
After I insisted on keeping communications in written and requested full refund, they went silent.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are operating a classic "bait-and-switch" scam.

I paid £480.35 in full for a confirmed return flight from London to Hanoi (Booking FOW29564). Their confirmation email explicitly stated I would receive my E-ticket within 48 hours. Over 72 hours have passed, and I still have no ticket.

Instead of sending my E-ticket, a male agent (+44 20 7112 8747) called me to extort more money. He falsely claimed my ticket did not include checked baggage. When I pointed out that my booking confirmation clearly states "1PC" under the Airline Reference, he had the absolute audacity to lie to my face and say that "1PC" stands for "1 Personal Confirmation" — NOT 1 Piece of checked luggage! This is a laughable and blatant lie against standard global IATA aviation rules, designed solely to scam customers into paying extra hidden fees.

Because I refused to pay their ransom, he suddenly changed his story, claiming my fully-paid ticket is on a fake "waiting list". They refuse to issue my ticket and refuse to refund me immediately, telling me to wait until May 28th (just 2 days before my flight!) to deliberately delay the process and hold my money hostage.

I have repeatedly emailed them demanding my ticket and asking them to confirm their ridiculous "1PC = 1 Personal Confirmation" lie in writing. They completely ignore my emails because they are terrified of leaving a paper trail. Instead, they are continuously spam-calling my phone to harass me.

I have documented everything, ignored their calls, and initiated a Chargeback with my UK bank for "Services Not Provided" and Fraud. I am also reporting them to Action Fraud UK, Trading Standards, and the CAA.

Save your money and your sanity. Book directly with airlines. FlightoWorld is a complete scam!
