Antigen Testing Reviews 

Terrible service! Ordered on 23rd December with 1-2 day delivery paid for. Was sent tracking number on 24th December and a dispatch email. Tracked on Royal Mail site but said that they were "waiting for parcel" Chased via email twice, rang number many times with no answer, wrote a stern email on 5th January and Royal Mail have now received item on January 5th. Still no reply to messages. Avoid at all costs

I purchased a box of covid test and they came with a very short expiry date. I've tried calling/emailing to request a refund but yet no answer. Avoid this company.

Placed order late Sunday 10th, received confirmation email Monday 11th. Paid £4.96 for 1-2 day delivery via Royal Mail 24. Got tracking number be email on Tuesday 12th. Unable to track til following day, Wednesday 13th when it seems product not despatched til 02.30. Today 14th tracked to Aldershot DO where it was received after 9.30am. No chance am I getting it today, so 1-2 days will be at least 5 days. Will never use this company again. Last place I used took 2 days maximum.

Just for the record, I’m happy to amend from 1 star to 5 if my complaint gets handled well, otherwise this will just be another bad review impacting the company. So far, I’ve bought and paid for Covid tests and included in this was the postage costs via Royal Mail 24. I parted with my money on Wednesday and it’s Sunday. I haven’t received the tests but I did receive a nice note from the Post Office indicating I’ve to pay £3.50 to receive the package. I’ve already emailed Antigen asking for a refund as it’s way past the delivery date and they say they won’t do one. Of course… who wants money to go OUT of the yacht fund? Silly me… should have realised that. So, for the record, this review can be altered/deleted once this is sorted out…
UPDATE
Finally arrived 6 days after purchase. And after 4 emails and a visit to the PO Sorting Office. So I’ve upgraded the review from 1 to 3 stars. Draw your own conclusions 😊

The order did arrive but beware as the expiry dates were not as they were advertised. I did contact the company and they said they would send through another pack with the correct expiry (we wanted more then 4 months expiry and paid accordingly) but nothing arrived. I chased again and they said sorry will send out and still nothing arrived, hence my low score due to not advertising correctly and not sorting the issue out.

I paid extra for delivery within 1-2 working days. Item did not arrive. When I chased this up, I was told that the item was being processed and would be dispatched the next day. The item never arrived and the tracking number does not work on the Royal Mail system. I requested a refund twice but did not hear back from the company. Do not use this company.

Do not order from this company!

They promise fast delivery yet your order just sits there without being processed.

After a week I obviously bought my Covid test somewhere else. I emailed them saying I no longer need the order because their tests never arrived and asked to cancel my unprocessed order and asked for a refund.

Like a miracle, my order was processed within a couple of hours and I received and email from Nabeel Sheikh, who also calls himself CEO, that the order has been shipped.

The “CEO” clearly has no other employees and runs a dodgy e-commerce business. I’ll contact Google directly and report his business so he can no longer run his google ads.

Guess he’ll just open up another dodgy business then. According to company house, was very “intelligent” in property before running an “intelligent” anti Gen test company.

Nabeel, calling yourself CEO and calling your company “intelligent” won’t automatically turn you into a leader nor will it make you come across intelligent. You’re a crook.
