Amazing service, the people over at Antonline were very quick to reply and update me on the shipment. The product was delivered a minute before expected time window, arrived with zero damage, and the product itself has been amazing so far. I have been way more productive with the laptop than I have been with my desktop setup.

I ordered a limited edition controller and game bundle for my sons birthday after my order from Amazon got delayed, and subsequently canceled. Fast forwards to "delivery day" I get an email that my order was delivered and I joyously open the door to try to grab it before my son sees it. I open the door to find there's nothing there. So I look around an nothing. I contacted AntOnline to let them know what happened and they replied telling me that FedEx said it was delivered and they included a photo of the delivery, which wasn't my front door. I told them this and they said they would get this sorted out. Fast forward to a month later and no word from them. I contacted 2 times and no response. I contacted earlier today and they finally said "FedEx confirmed delivery of package. Thank you" basically saying F you we got your money. What a joke! If you do purchase make sure you keep track of everything cause you're going to need it when you file a dispute

My laptop arrived in a timely manner. I was happy with the price and the laptop has been working great.

One of the worst company ever dealt with 25+ years of online shopping. They charged the invoice incorrectly(Taxes), I contacted right away by opening support ticket. No response over a week. I called several times and only thing they do is open a ticket. They refuse the fix the issue, neither allow me talk to their supervisor. They insist only thing I can do RMA the item and myself pay for return shipping. They kept hanging the call when asked why I am forced to pay for their mistake. Several calls and trouble tickets, absolutely useless. I see many fake positive reviews here as you can see those don't have many details. This is rating manipulation by the company.

My debit card was falsely charged over $3000 by Antonline.com. I made the retailer aware of the fraudulent activity and they gave me an email address to send my concerns to. 2 weeks later and still no response. The money was taken right out of my checking account. Buyer beware, antonline.com stole from me,

It’s been impossible to get a hold of a specific ASUS laptop since its launch months ago. Every major retailer has been persistently out-of-stock while others are marking up prices absurd amounts. Came across antonline by chance, I’ve never heard of them before, was honestly skeptical given NO OTHER RETAILER was in-stock or selling at msrp. Delightfully surprised when a box showed up just a week later. Laptop shipped with a very nice backpack and stylus. Antonline has kept me in the know with my purchase through email updates, provided tracking information from day one. Straight-froward and a pleasure to buy from. Coming back fro future electronics.

I’ve had it a year and a half or so and it still works great. Blue controller has a bit of drift but that’s about it.

package was misdelivered / stolen company refuses to sign waiver or file shipping claim so fedex can reimburse.
