The deal was good, and the shipping was fast. Main reason docked a star was that even though I emailed about submitting wrong address for delivery right after submitting order, I was told there was nothing they could do. Only reason I got my package was because I'd previously set up mail forwarding with USPS.

I bought a PC processor but never received it. They provided me a FedEx tracking number within the hour after purchase, however, they never actually shipped anything to me. The tracking shows that FedEx is still waiting for the item, this was 2 weeks ago.

Support is essentially non-existent. I had to send 4 emails and open a ticket on their website to hear back from anyone. Support said they will "investigate" the issue but never emailed me back and never responded to my follow-ups.

I'm currently filing a chargeback with my credit card company to receive my money back.

Purchased an HP 14 inch laptop from them. I was overcharged for the sales tax with no reponse from email to them about the overcharge. Payment made through Paypal, and they are not investgating properly with no adjustment/refund made. I will never again order from Antonline,com.
