Terrible. As a small company we used to buy Anydesk on a regular basis for 2 years. Our Team of 4 engineers used to parallely work on multiple systems. Recenly we renewed the same licence, but sudde... See more

When i need it never works, Team Viewer is better
Fantastic software, very reliable
and is invaluable to us. Customer support is great also and willing to help.
AnyDesk is good, and the file manipulation is helpful. But connection always takes a bit of time. With Chrome Remote Desktop, the connection is immediate. BOOM, you're in. Now, with CRD, you have to type in a passcode manually, which is somewhat inconvenient. I should say that sometimes AnyDesk just refuses to connect, though CRD does reliably. So if you want to use AnyDesk, have CRD handy. Having said this, let me add that I just upgraded to the latest AnyDesk on my Mac (Sonoma), and all hell broke loose with permissions. The AnyDesk support instructions for Mac are all for older operating systems and don't work with Sonoma. No idea how to configure permissions for AnyDesk with Sonoma. AnyDesk is behind the curve on this support. My AnyDesk used to work flawlessly before. Now it doesn't.
after 4 years of anydesk, as a loyal and paying customer, i found out today that my subscription was not renewed. i work 7 days a week and support many customers and environments. last friday afternoon the license expired. the lady who sits at anydesk (her initials are AY) is snoring away. i have written her several times and get no answer. the hotline told me today that i have to buy a new subscription, 3 times more expensive.
time for rustdesk.
900 seconds waiting for using? This is not seriously. I use this program from 5 years. ......
This company supports scammers happy to take their money but personal accounts are another story.
I support my 84 year old father remotely and a 69 year old invalid pensioner who is a dear friend. being disabled myself I try and help my friends that are in the same boat and can't afford to spend money fixing problems. I do this for free on my own time. I'd be lucky to do 2 sessions a week. The automated message said I have made 40 connections in the past 8 weeks which is probably accurate however there are many failed connections and disconnections reconnections in that period. The other thing they sight is connections to 8 distinctive computers which is a complete failure of their system. I have 4 friends who I barely need to look after and haven't connected to them in 4 months or more.
So the moral of this story is as long as the scammers pay for a licence they are happy to have them on their system but someone who donates their time helping out the less fortunate for free is using the platform commercially and therefore needs to pay money they don't have. Time to become a scammer because helping those in need is not an approved AnyDesk scam worthy endeavour.
I will be using Google remote desktop in the meantime and you and your scammer mates can make as much money as you like praying on the vulnerable.
Impossible to renew online due to our email being already registered however, the real story is different. The product we were using is apparently no longer available and the next one is 30% more expensive. We were told to contact support.
Our email sent to AD support 6 das ago still not replied to. The UK support phone number is dead. Sales rep took 5 days to respond. Next, trying online chat and Sales dept. people are obviously quick but once you need support, pray to get anything in less than 20min.
Being unable to get in touch with anybody at AnyDesk, we finally had to remove AnyDesk from all servers and computers [100+] and replace it with another product.
Just not fit for purpose if you run a critical IT support.
The only thing you get is price increase each year.
Not recommended for IT professionals.
I am using for my personal use only, remote my main PC at home from my Laptop when I am going to and staying at my another home.
It always pop up asking me to buy a license as I am frequent remote back to my main PC. That's not an excuse for you business expansion!
Like many reviewers, I am only aware of this company as a result of attempted scams (not by them, but by scam callers who use their software). Given how prevalent this is, I am astonished that they do not post a big warning sign on their landing page, instructing people not to download the software in response to unsolicited phone calls.
Good service for me but only need occasionally so not wiling to pay for a whole year in one shot.
Change your pricing structure and you'll get more customers.
AnyDesk is such a useful app when the distances to the clients demand remote access - I've tried most commercial offerings and AnyDesk is the best one I used. The clients are happy as well.
And the response for support is exceptional.
Horrible software, horrible service.
Nothing worked when trying to set up license. Could not even get access to the invoice from anydesk; server timed out.
Cancelled my subscription, as the software just didn't work, and I still keep getting invoices from anydesk. Thankfully I have saved all my communication with anydesk, so I have it all documented, but if I hadn't I would think this would be a nightmare.
AVOID!
Terrible Customer Support! They never reply to you and it is impossible to reset your password, emails do not come through even though it says it was emailed to you!!! AVOID!!!
I have recently installed anydesk as a free user for trial purposes. Based on the fact it did not work 'out of the box' and the customer support is non-existant, I (and the company I am evaluating it for) will not be using this product.
Can't trust any company that increases their rates ten-fold for no particular reason. Be wary of their terms, "1 outgoing connection" means only one person in the 20 users you think you're getting is going to be able to use AnyDesk at the same time.
It's great tool for remote support across the glow using anydesk but if you are not using paid version then it's irratating because you will keep on getting 100 Second pop-up while using anydesk but it's working well after i got paid version. so, overall it's really good tool for individual or company who need to provide remote tech support for their customers.
I paid a year subscription two months ago and now they are saying my license is expired, dont ever use anydesk or purchase a license from them, worst support ever i emailed them 2 times in the past 2 weeks never got a response straight robbery.
Software just isn't that good. Been using it for 2 years as a business and the alternatives are just better and cheaper.
Customer support is very poor. They frequently assume the issues are incredibly simple settings problems only to find out they are more signficiant issues with the product.
Connection drops are frequent; few others mentioned upgrades in 2023 that could easily be the cause but its really unhelpful when the product is being used in a business context.
The mobile app is utterly useless on the latest andriod phones.
The reality is this is an expensive product and performs worse the Chrome Remote Desktop.
Writing this review as we recently put in feedback on some of our issues and they sent is a rather dismissive email in response; so finally thought it was worth sharing our experiences.
