Besides the best price on the Dutch market, I'm honestly impressed by the process of purchase, like a phone call before delivery to make sure I'm getting a refrigerator of a proper type and size, also arranging the delivery time is positive. And guys who installed the fridge did everything carefully and gave their advises for first hours/days of use. Highly recommend.

Great price, excellent customer service
A year ago I bought a laundry machine from them, there was an issue with their logistic company, and when I complained, they fixed the issue immediately in my convenient. Very good customer service. So this year, I decided to give them a chance again when I was disappointed by another company which I bought a fridge from, again ao.nl meet my expection and their customer service is as always, very helpful and friendly and polite. They know if something has gone wrong, they need to compensate for customer's inconvenience, that is how business works, if you want to keep doing business. I highly recommend this company for decently priced home equipment and great customer (after-sale) service.

Sennheiser RS 175
I have ordered Sennheiser RS 175, the delivery and service of AO were very quick and satisfied. But I have an issue with my headphone as the signal of headphone keeps dropping. This is a faulty headphone from Sennheiser and never expected it as this is a very expensive product.
