Reliable, fast
So I've been using these dudes for a while now, about 6 or 8 months. In all that time the trade was made pretty quick. I've never been ripped off and you just can't compete with those prices.
So big pro: It's legit, in the many many dollars I have spent Ive received what I ordered. If you miss the trade they send you an email that says im ready. You click that and someone somewhere gets a phone call and the trade comes soon after.
In the .05 percent of the time I've had an issue, I've tried to go to the customer service link and they don't always have someone staffed. It involved a trade that didn't happen because we kept missing each other. Around day 2 they emailed and told me to come on the chat so they can trade me my item. By then I just said forget it because I didn't need that item anymore. To me in was nominal, because it was cheap but for them it's a risk to their legitimacy because as we all know, that makes or break any company, especially in the digital space.
Anyway I will keep doing business with these dudes so long as they stay legit, and competitive.

The amount of time it takes to receive your item is ridiculous. I was waiting for over an hour and I had to contact customer service twice. I will be using IGGM if I need anything else.
