Could be better

Ordered the C3 Pro after all the reviews on you tube. Took around 10 days to arrive from China to Ireland. Well packaged and a nice box - very disappointed to receive no instructions at all. Also very disappointed that you DO NOT receive a USB power lead as advertised by so many You Tubers. You will receive the unit with a trailing lead and plug type connection and also a long lead to connect to your battery. You will have to find a switched live connection - if you connect directly to your battery the unit will stay powered on when the ignition is switched off and hence drain your battery. The unit itself seems to be well made, has decent clarity and connected easily. The mount is quite basic and will not be suitable for all bikes. The tyre pressure monitors seem quite cheaply made and didn’t seem to be too accurate. All in all I was disappointed due to the lack of USB power lead and the fact that there was no instructions at all. I have also come across numerous reviews whereby the units seem to have failed at around the 10 month mark. You will also have to pay to return it to China which will probably just result in the unit being binned! I would possibly consider buying a more expensive better quality unit in the future.

AOCI BM6 game changer

AOCI have a product that motorcycling has been waiting for. The apple car play & android auto capability is essential, everyone has a smart phone these days, once paring is done the AOCI can access all your phones features.
I have the AOCI BM6, specifically made for BMW bikes with Nav prep, it fits the mount perfectly, looks OEM. The BMW multi controller whiz wheel can be used to access the bike canbus data or you can use the touch screen capability. The display is crystal clear, even in direct sunlight.
As the BM6/7 has built in GPS receiver the navigation screen, via apps on your phone, has smooth movement. You can opt for full screen map or half screen, it’s fantastic. But best of all it cost a fraction of the price of a BMW connected ride navigator, plus it does more into the bargain. Get one! You’ll be glad you did.

Bad Experience

Bought an Aoocci U7 about a month ago. Unit could not sync time correctly, gps brass connection came undone because of a bad soldering job. Was in contact with support several times since receiving the unit, however they could not provide any positive solutions. Eventually I just gave up with communicating with them. My time is more valuable. I feel that Aoocci stole $320 from me. I’m going to trash the unit and put it down to bad experience.

Bought the BX model

Bought the BX model, which is pretty much a CarPlay with Dashcam & Smart BSD.

Any issues I have encountered were timely solved by their great support. This is what I highly appreciate, that they don’t only offer great products at a fair price, but also backed up by people like Coco (you’re a star!⭐️) who actually care and listen to customers.

Not sure just how many technical support members that there are at Aooci, but one stands out to me as being particularly helpful. When I was faced with several issues, mainly of my own doing, not only was the support from Coco very helpful but went a step further with other suggestions in later messages. Wonderful Product

Wonderful Product, solves the issues of mounting your expensive mobiles on your bikes, clarity is very good, tpms works effectively, having front and rear camera gives crucial video evidence for disputes.

Product is great

Product is great, and works fine. Android auto has been a game changer for me on my motorbike! Customer service is even better! I had a faulty camera and a new one was sent immediately. I also had a technical query which was answered and dealt with straight away. I have been dealing with Coco in the support team who is VERY helpful and is who I will be going to for any future issues! (Thanks for your help Coco!)
